One really rough day…

Out of three days of tours, the first to the canyon and third to Chiflon and Montebello were great. The second day to Palenque and Misol Ha was a nightmare. The driver Armando forgot a passenger and we had to turn around an hour into our trip. At the second stop he told us the wrong time to return to the van so we accidentally spent an extra hour at the Cascada Azules. To make up for these two mistakes, we only had 30 minutes at Misol Ha and he drove like a manic, to include screeching around curves and causing three passengers to vomit. We had to call the tour operator to tell the driver to slow down so we all didn’t die. The rest of the 4 days and drivers were great though.

Lamento mucho su incomodidad o insatisfacción con nuestro tour a Palenque. El trayecto, como bien dice es con muchas curvas y topes aunado a la duración del tour que es como bien sabe de 18 horas. Hemos atendido su solicitud de hablar con el operador y así se hizo. tomaremos muy en cuenta su comentario para mejorar este servicio en concreto. Me agrada que todo lo demás ha estado bien.
