SCAM Asian Link Travel is a Scam! They changed our card fine, but then ghosted us! We arrived at their designated pickup location a half hour early, waited over an hour. Sent multiple texts and several phone calls all unanswered! Completely waisted our time, and money. Not to mention the cost of Grab to get to the meeting point. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Plenty of other tour companies that are worthy, stick with those.

Unfortunately, an internal error on our side resulted in your booking not being properly processed. We fully understand your frustration after arriving at the pickup point and waiting without receiving assistance. This was not the level of service we aim to provide.

I had my best tour so far. Amazing experience, our tour guide Mai was just perfect, explaining all so well, so patient and very well speaking english. The trip was beautifull, lots of nice views, best experience.
