Was not what I was expecting

To start with the directions to meet up for the private transportation was not as easy to find as explained by the tour operator. When I booked the tour I was not told ahead of time that there was an additional entry fee into the park of $25 per person. So that was an unexpected $125 plus tips. There was a large amount of garbage and plastic bottles floating in pockets along the river. I didn’t realize the park was a guided tour only. So we weren’t able to really relax and play in small pools of water for my younger daughter. She was afraid to do the high adventure activities; such as swing from rope and jumping off a high platform above the river. Which resulted in my wife and my young daughter not participating in any of the water activities. If you like marijuana, love the smell love and to smoking week it this is the place for you. Seems like everywhere we went on the river marijuana was being smoked by someone always in close proximity to us. Even when we tried to walk away and distance our self by sitting on some rocks we had guys intentionally sitting around and smoking weed. We just couldn’t seem to get away from it. It was out in the open. Clearly an advertising ploy to buy some marijuana cigarettes. I when we showed no interest, then they were continually hitting us up to buy marijuana laced brownies. It got old real fast. It was a beautiful environment minus all the trash floating in the water. Could’ve been so much better if we’ve been free to go our own pace and do our own thing. Definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. Overall, very disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback, i must apologize for you not having the day you would have expected. The direction however was quite clear but you past the area in which you were directed to, where your tour operator was waiting and that's the reason why you were a bit lost. Sorry about the misunderstanding. Each tour on our website gives the details of entry frees. On the website where the tour is advertised the entrance free is also mention there that it is not included in this tour, only the transportation free, we also spoke about it on January 14, 2024 that the entry free is separate and we also told you to travel with cash to pay when entering, you responded on January 15, 2024 stating that you got the information. I must apologize also of the marijuana situation. That attraction does not have a rule about smoking, so it was freely done on the property, i understand the discomfort that must have cause..
