Departure Point: Tour departs from the Falmouth port Directions: After departing the ship, it is recommended that you check in at the TPDco / JTB Information desk located inside the terminal building. Inform the representative at the desk that you are taking one of the tours on the Rio Bueno river operated by Braco Tours. The representative will then direct you to the Independent Operator parking area, where a driver will be waiting for you with a sign in his/her vehicle saying Braco Tours. Return point: Returns to original departure point

I can’t get over how great this was!! Our tour guide was so friendly and welcoming, he made us all feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience (and trust me, there were some bumps along the way!). He explained how the recent hurricane significantly changed the river, adding speed and new obstacles to avoid, which also unfortunately impacted the tourism in the area until conditions improved. When I tell you this man was whipping around our group in his own tube, using himself as a human shield to bumper us from the walls and spinning us out of the way of obstacles, all while SINGING happy tunes to keep us calm…. What ever we paid for this tour, they deserve more. He put in hard work to give us a leisurely ride and his effort did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend this to anyone! We had some small kids in our group, as well as teenagers and adults and we were all equally entertained and comfortable the whole ride. You won’t regret this tour, it’s a beautiful area and unique experience! DO IT!!
The river tubing itself was a blast. The beach time was iffy as they ran out of food. The only complaint was the logistics. Upon arrival to the river tubing launch point we waited for over an hour to get on the river. Pretty disorganized. Shout out to our river guide O'Shaun. He was great
This was a great experience. We had a 12 and 9 year old with us and the guides were super helpful and made our kiddos feel very safe. The guides were really knowledgeable. We had an enjoyable time and would do this adventure again.
We decided to book this tour because we wanted to go tubing but Disney Cruise Line didn’t offer just a tubing tour and we are so glad we did! We ended up being the only ones from the cruise to be on this tour so they took us at 9:20 instead of 10 am and we were paid with another couple for some tubing fun. We then got out into a raft and got to enjoy some time on the beach. The bathrooms were very clean and our guide, Andre, was awesome!! I would happily do this tour or another Braco tour again. Our taxi driver through Braco was also very very friendly and his car was very clean. We felt very safe.
This experience was AMAZING!!! We went with our children ages 7, 8, and 12 as well as a friends family with kids ages 6,6, and 12. Everyone had so much fun and our tour guides really made it the best. Would absolutely book again.
If you’re heading to Falmouth, this is one excursion I highly recommend adding to your list!

This was easily one of those “core memory” experiences for our trip and I highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking it. Just do it, you won’t regret it. It was our favorite excursion of the whole trip.
Our guide was very informative about the river. The hurricane in October 2025 totally changed the path of the river, and he was able to explain all of it very well. We lost a paddle and he immediately fixed in to retrieve it smiling all the way. A happy happy happy memory made for us
Super fun short adventure! The guides were great and the river was beautiful. Make sure you bring some cash/card to buy drinks and snacks when you arrive at the beach!
Unfortunately my wife and I had to disembark our cruise earlier than anticipated. The Viator Team and tour guide responded promptly and allowed a refund on our excursion. All I can say is A++ to them as I will definitely book through their site in the future. 😊
This was by far one of the greatest experience I have ever had. We didn’t just go tubing we got a nice concert from our tour guide Ayatola. The water was cold which is a good thing because it was a hot day. I would do this again and recommend it. Ya Mon!
Had a great personalized experience with Errol! He gave us a lot of information about the area and took good care of us.
Our guide was great! Davian made the excursion fun. He gave us interesting history about the area . Our driver was also helpful and nice. Bring water slippers and a waterproof bag for your phone, if you remember. A life jacket and helmet is provided because safety is first.
I would definately do this excursion again.

We had to leave our belongings in the van and I was not sure it was safe but nothing was touched!!
Our guide on the tubing tour was AMAZING and we had the time of our lives, it was worth every cent!
What an awesome excursion!! Andre was an amazing guide!! Super refreshing and it was super fun to jump off the wooden stand into the water! Only downside was I got eaten alive by mosquitoes so make sure to wear bug spray!
Excellent guide, knowledgeable and fun. Took about an hour or so to do the rapids and raft back to the beach. Stopped off to jump off a bridge into the river.
The ride from the port to the River was great. Operator was on time and friendly. Van was comfortable and cold! Our belongings were safe. The tour guides were super friendly and fun. Xavier was the best!!! The restaurant we stopped at was a little pricey but it was good.
We were picked up at the approximate time of 9:30 and taken to the location by Juan with the assistance of his cousin. Juan was very friendly and explained our surroundings. On the way back we were introduced to the Jamaican patties. Upon arriving to river tubing in Rio Bueno we were warmly greeted by Kim and suited for our adventure. We were fortunate enough to be assigned to Davian who is an exceptional guide. He made it all the more fun. We were very pleased to find that it was just us four in the group. The rapids were just the right amount of fast exciting sections to calm sections. As we floated down the river, Davian would tell us different stories about him growing up in the area and the area & fauna itself, as well as, the wildlife. We also had the opportunity to jump into the refreshing river from a small platform for a quick swim. We then switched to paddling a raft to where the river meets the Caribbean Sea. Once arriving at the beach, we ditched the raft and took a leisurely walk to our ending point where there were showers, bathrooms and picnic tables. We highly recommend this excursion to everyone.
The trip was amazing and Kenroy was awesome! A few tips if you’re going:
1. Bring towels from the ship, you can leave them on the bus while you tube.
2. Bring water shoes, you can buy them in port if you need to.
3. Bring a waterproof camera bag, you can buy them in port too. You’ll want to be able to take photos.
4. Bring cash…with you on the trip, you tip your guide right after you finish tubing before you go back to the bus.
5. The bar and chicken after the trip is cash only. Make sure you have cash on you
Best part of Jamaica!! Pelican was amazing and made it feel like a party. He knew exactly where to take us to make it the perfect trip! We loved walking through the waterfall and wading up and down the river. The tubing and jumping off the bridge was so memorable and ending at the beach with the delicious jerk chicken topped off the adventure perfectly!
Xavier was a great guide and tube ride was very good. The waterfall and rope swing was a lot of fun.
The complete experience was amazing. Our tour guide “Oshane” was absolutely amazing. He really took the time to make our experience a great one. We truly can’t say enough about this tour. At the end we ended up at an amazing beach and the food we purchased, jerk chicken was incredible. I highly recommend this tour. From the minute you leave the port to the time you return it was seamless.
Our family of seven all agree Ms that this was the highlight of our cruise. Our guide was informative and helpful. He made sure to help each of us at the small waterfall that we visited. He interacted with our 8 and 11 year old and helped make the excursion fun and interactive for them as well.

Remember your water shoes and sunscreen.
Lots of fun especially the waterfall dunk to get us used to the water temperature and the platform jumping about halfway down the river. Tubing was great and we had an awesome guide that really cared about keeping us safe while making sure we had a lot of fun too.
Even though it was rainning, we still had lots of fun in the rapids on the tubes and then from the ocean waves pounding into the raft. You will get wet, so be prepared.
The entire trip was awesome, out tour guide wish I could remember his name was exceptional! Beautiful scenery and just a fun experience overall.
So much fun for our family group of 10. A great combination of light hiking along the river, a waterfall immersion, tubing in light rapids, a platform jump, and basic rafting. Our guides Elvis and Xavier were terrific.
So much fun!! You get a little hike in, tube and then you take a raft down to the beach! Such a fun adventure. Roy and Sean were AMAZING!
Great guide, Andre made it so fun and safe! climbed up waterfalls, tubed down the river and then switched to a raft (once there were no rapids) and paddled to where the river meets the ocean. The plan was to hang on the beach for a bit after but the weather wasn't conducive. Highly recommend!
