1. Pick Up from Hotels: Your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. If you do not see the driver/guide for any reason, please contact us for assistance. 2. Pick Up From Falmouth Port: Your driver will meet you on the OUTSIDE of the port. Pick Up From The Falmouth Port: After leaving the ship, please proceed through GATE 3 then make a LEFT turn then proceed to the FALMOUTH FIRE STATION. A representative will be waiting for you holding a Ultimate Excursions Tours and Taxi Service sign with your name printed on it. It's about a 5 minutes walk. If you do not see the driver for any reason, please call us for assistance. Things to take along: ▪Towels ▪︎Change of clothes ▪︎Water Shoes 3. Pick Up Instructions from Montego Bay port * we will meet you OUTSIDE the port at the gate. Pick Up From The Montego Bay Port: After leaving the ship, please make your way outside the lobby then take LEFT. proceed through security GATE 1, then follow the PALM TREES down to the MAIN GATE, it's about a 4 minutes walk. Your Driver will have a "Ultimate Excursions Tours and Taxi Service" sign with your name printed on it. If you do not see the driver/guide for any reason, please call and a operator will assist you. Disney cruise port stop with my wife and 2 kids. Our driver Michael was great. We walked about 300 yards to the pick up point, just outside the port gates. Received a clear walking instruction map beforehand. We had a confortable clean minivan for the 4 of us. The blue hole was about an hour tour. Fun experience… seemed super busy at the time we went (first wave of cruise ship tours???) then it died off. I’d recommend stopping at a beach first then hopping to the blue lagoon (get the calm morning beach winds and skip the early crowd at blue hole). The drive was about 1.5 hrs each way. We stopped at a small empty white sand public beach on way back at Runaway bay. Was really beautiful and quiet. Can walk for a mile or longer down the sand. No setups for rent but we had our own supplies (or can stop at a pharmacy and buy some cheap chairs, drinks, snacks, etc..) Parking was free next to the Flavours Beach Bar and we walked about 50 yards up the beach in front of some private vacation homes. Michael waited with the car and our stuff. Overall a great private day.. can create your own stops including lunch. Tour company (owned and operated by Mr. Navar) was easy to communicate with at all times.

Booked this tour coming from a cruise ship. Was a little bit difficult to find the tour guide coming off the boat & not having cell service. Once we found Marshall, everything was great! The ride from Falmouth to Ocho Rios was about 1.5 hours. We were the only ones on the tour & the ride there was comfortable. We made one stop at a souvenir store along the way. Once at the Blue Hole, Marshall stayed with the van where he locked our belongings inside. Our tour guide for the excursion was Amit who was fantastic. I'm not the best swimmer but he encouraged & supported me through the activities. These included jumping off of cliffs, climbing up rocks on the waterfall, going into caves, & using ropes to swing into the water. Lifejackets are provided upon request & definitely bring your own water shoes as there are a lot of rocks. There were souvenir stands throughout the area & they also provided rum punches available to purchase. They took professional photos of us that I am glad we decided to buy as they're a nice memory. After the Blue Hole, Marshall brought us to a local bar where we were able to enjoy one drink. We then drove back. Throughout the drive there & back, Marshall provided us with information of the towns & culture. Overall great, beautiful experience that I would definitely book again!

Navar did a great job transporting us to and from Blue Hole. He was punctual, took pictures, and ensured we were safe and comfortable. He stopped and treated us to Jamaican Patties. We also added on and visited Dunn's River Falls at no extra charge. I highly recommend.
