Mr Steve Jackson was a wonderful driver. He picked us up at the port and took us to Rio Bueno for tubing. You would never find this place on your own, believe me! The tubing was great, rapids mixed in with calmer waters and our guide made it so much fun. Then lunch at a local restaurant. Great day!

Super fun day thanks to Jordan and Dougall. Was more than just tubing as we climbed up to a waterfall and jumped off a platform into the river. My 20 something kids all loved it. Our driver Sheldon was also excellent.

It was a fun-filled day with our entertaining guide, Andre floating down the river and then paddling into the sea. We laughed, sang, acted silly, and leaped into the River which was adventurous. Andre, was knowledgeable about the environment and insightful about the land!

To be fair. I am really unable to rate this adventure. The driver picked us up and drove us to the appointed rafting start point. The place was locked and no one around. The driver called the local rafting company in attempt to locate the tour guide and after attempts to locate we told the driver to return us to port as we were in a very remote location which he promptly did. We were unable to go rafting as planned, however commend the driver and Viator for their professionalism. Viator immediately initiated refund of excursion before we even had axchance to request it.

Thank you for your kind words regarding our company's and driver's professionalism. It is always our wish and with best efforts that all our excursions go smoothly, however, this was not the case on your tour day.
A quick review of your reservation notes indicated that on arrival, when your driver noticed the river tubing attraction was closed, he promptly notified his supervisor, who reached out to the attraction to confirm what was happening.
Our team was advised that, unfortunately, the river tubing guide was unavoidable delayed and was approximately 20 minutes away from your location at the time.
Since you requested your driver to return you to the cruise port, we promptly complied and notified Viator of the issue, with instructions to provide a full refund as this was in no way your fault or our company's.
Again, while this was not how we would have wanted things to go, we appreciate the honest review and comments on our team's professionalism.
