Never went on the tour after A&R (Ricardo) called stating he needed more money from our group since he mentioned there was an issue with the way Viator booked our tour. He tried getting us to book with him and pay extra on too if what was already paid to Viator

I didn’t take this client on the tour because they book blue hole with transportation! And not Atv and blue hole I call the client and show him the receipt that I received from Viator. He’s saying that he book Atv and blue hole I told him that’s not what he book. He said that he’s going talk to is wife and get back to me when he get back to me is question was if I’m going to do the tour and not I told him that I couldn’t do the tour because he didn’t pay for Atv only blue hole and transportation that he pays for he said to me okay then good night! And that’s the last conversation that we have.
