An interesting experience

I booked the company following positive reviews for a transfer from Tirana to Ksamil for a party of two. I knew the journey would take approx 3-4 hours. When the taxi arrived there was another passenger in the vehicle who I assumed was a fellow driver. The journey ended up taking just under 6 hours with various stop offs. We were exhausted due to the cramped driving conditions. Due to the driver speaking no English, we were not updated on the progress of our journey having to rely on google maps. The driver also dropped off the fellow passenger in Sarande. At this point, I panicked thinking I had an incorrect booking. Contact was made with the organiser via WhatsApp who explained there was a passenger drop off, unbeknown to us. When I arrived in Ksamil, the driver demanded payment. I informed him I had already paid, with contact made again with the organiser who confirmed this to be correct. The driver was apologetic. When it came to my return journey, which I was dreading, I used an alternative firm. The return journey was comfortable and took 4hrs with two toilet break.
