Viator is not as good as before

Driver was on time and excellent. However I initially booked transfer for 4 people with 8 pieces of luggage. I was told it was a minivan. I tried to contact the operator and i spent hours on the phone with viator to no avail. Each viator person I spoke with did not assist me. I would not advertise as a minivan if it is not and I am very disappointed in Viators customer service response. I also sent 15 texts which were never responded to.
