Very kind and service minded tour guide. He listen to the group whishes. Everything that the tour promised it delivered with 110 percent accuracy. During the car drive he made everyone gets to know each other and to feel included and to be a team. Highly recommend the tour! I will try to join some of the other tours he organize!

Very disappointing experience! We had a tour booked with Exploringwithgysi (through Viator) which we really excited for, we were at the wrong location (our fault) our tour guide messaged us and said he would wait 5 minutes. The start time of the tour is 9:00am, We were running and would have arrived at 9:05 but I got a message from the guide saying they had left at 9:04. Contacted the tour company and they refused to offer any refund (full or partial) They did offer us another tour next time we were Albania but as we live on the other side of the world the offer is basically useless. Badly handled situation

I bought this tour after reading really good reviews and it really surprised me, because it hasn't been a tour! First of all, the tour guide arrived late to the meeting point, in a transportaton that isn't was the right for the tour, as it said on the tour description (includes transportation in a comfortable 4X4 Mitsubishi Axs). The guide didn't know the path to arrive to the lake, and we lost a lot of time doing the same route 2,3 times, and with him trying to find the way. It was his first time doing the route and was very nervous and impatient. Also, as it say in the description, he didn't share the knoledge of the area, cultural and significance of the area neither. The guide not was professional and fluent in English or either Italian, so, the communication was hard as well. The tour it is really expensive for nothing, because if you don't receive any information, and if you don't have a lot of time to lost, I recommend do by your own and with a taxi (because it is cheaper). The place is beautiful and really worth it. After so many turns on the road we needed to request the refund, and at the beggining they refused to do it, because they didn't recognise their fault or apologies with us. Eventually, they did the refund and try to be nice, taking us to the lake after 3 hours on the way and wait for us for 40 minutes (so, we needed to see everything alone and super fast), and on the way back they asked again to pay for the tour in cash. I do not recommend this tour at all.
