They never showed up! Save yourself the agony, book with someone else. Never returned messages, called manager and never answered phone.stuck at airport for 2 hours!

Excellent door to door service. Daniel, the driver gave good customer service and was very skillful in using Google translate to communicate with us in English. Prior to pick up, they communicate with you via WhatsApp which gives you peace of mind that they're coming. I highly recommend

It was the worst experience one can imagine. Landing in a foreign country not finding the driver and then not able to contact anyone by messaging or by the number provided. Later on person responds accuses you of lying and refuses any refunds, for the service never provided. In addition no way to contact Viator help either. Strongly recommend any service other than Viator and if going to Uzbekistan avoid Sayyah at all costs. Still trying to contact Viator after being back in USA.
