- Your tour will start at 7-8 am. The driver will pick up all travelers from hotels in Tashkent and transfer to railway station. You will arrive in Samarkand at 9-10 am by high - speed train. The driver and guide will meet in Samarkand railway station. the Tour will end around 5-6 pm and you will get to Samarkand railway station. You will arrive in Tashkent by high speed train at 7-8 pm. The driver will pick you up from Tashkent Railway Station and drop off your hotel.

A great day trip to visit Samarkand, not only being an ancient city of Uzbekistan but also held its status as a major hub along the Old Silk Road, which is worth spending time there to feel the monuments left from the past, and as well as the magnificent mosques that are there. My guide Ro’zibek is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job which made the day trip very educational and enjoyable through and through.

Ikrom was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and nothing was any trouble for him or our driver and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
We saw every historical sight in the great city of Samarkand and even managed to fit in a very good restaurant.

I booked my trip a little late, but the travel agency still managed to arrange round-trip train tickets to Samarkand, including hotel pickup and a bullet train ride! Upon getting off the train, I was greeted by a local guide, Ikrom, who led me on a tour of the ancient city. Everything went smoothly. While couldn't book the bullet train for the return trip, the business-class ordinary train was also quite comfortable. After getting off the train, I immediately found a shuttle driver to take me back to my hotel! Regardless, I give it a high rating!

Our round trip both use regular train instead of bullet train and no refund received for the price difference. In addition, when we arrived Tashkent at midnight, no transport arranged. When we call taxi by ourselves and reached the hotel at around 00:15, we received the call from driver and I told him I had reached the hotel by my own. They should informed us the meeting point before the train reached Tashkent. The arrangement is not good for the above-mentioned 2 points. Here I thanks to the local guide and the driver in Sammkind for their professional services and we really enjoyed the trip.

we apologise you for booking regular trian and dropp off service in Tashkent. Let me explain the real situation!
When You booked the tour, all bullet train tickets were sold out. So we informed you and booked regular train tickets according to the tour programm(The high-speed train tickets may be unavailable if the booking made less than 60 days before the departure date and it can be replaced with the most comfortable class of regular train tickets or transport.)
We arranged everything according to the tour programm. After the tour, the driver was supposed to meet them holding a sign of their name to dropp off hotel( We informed you as "...The driver will pick you up from Tashkent Railway Station and drop off your hotel." When You arrived in Tashkent train station, The driver waited you near the gate. But you didn't see the driver and booked another taxi to get the hotel. (the hotel was located near the train station)
The driver tried to contact you by WhatsApp, but you answered the calling, when you arrived in the hotel.
After that you requested me refund some part of payment. Because you used regular train and no drop off service. I explained you we couldn't refund because we paid everything according to the tour programm. There is no option of refunding if bullet train would be unavailable as well as we paid the driver in Tashkent.

This tour was planned and executed impeccably each pick up and drop off was seamless and timed perfectly....as for Samarkand it's pure magic....it's simply unforgettable and it's not enough to simplify walk the streets and enjoy the sights it's learning about it's rich history that makes it all worthwhile. I was lucky to have a great guide Abdullah who's born and raised in Samarkand and expertly educated in it's history... exploring this magical place with him was like going back in time and truly experiencing that long gone by era all over again....this tour is a can't miss!

This is a comprehensive trip that illustrates the main historical points of Samarkand. The tour guide Aziz was very friendly and informative of the main monuments. Registan is certainly amazing for its unique architecture. The trip is well organised with a pick up and drop off at the train station back to accommodation. The high speed modern train takes approximately 2 hours from Tashkent to Samarkand with lots of scenery.

The mosques and madrasas were beautiful. There is a lot of historicity about the place. The superfast train made the journey from Tashkent to Samarkand very comfortable and quick.

The entire tour was excellent! The sites were incredible, and the pace was perfect.

Incredible tour! My tour guide was Ulugbek, and he was full of historical and cultural knowledge to share. He was also able to cater to my interests and make sure I got the most out of the tour with my limited time. Since they take care of transportation, everything was low stress. Even though I booked late in the week, Ulugbek worked hard to get me train tickets (but I'd definitely recommend booking early, because the trains fill up fast!). Thank you so much to Ulugbek for giving me a wonderful tour.
