The driver is on time and kind. The car is comfortable and clean. The ride is a little long and there was a traffic but the driver found a way to avoid the trafic to be at the airport on time.

This entire experience was bad. Once I booked, I reached out to the company many times via message and phone. Nobody responded. I had to reach out to Viator to get some help reaching them. Next they told me they had arrived at my location, but they were nowhere to be found, and nowhere close to the address that was provided. We had to be at the airport. I spent the next 45 minutes texting them, dropping pins, taking photos of where we needed to be picked up. Turns out they went to a location with the same name but 15 minutes away. I figured this out based on a photo they sent me. They never acknowledged it. 45 minutes of this and they still never showed up. We couldn’t wait forever as we had a flight to catch at an airport 90 minutes away. To make it worst, when I asked for a refund, the company rejected it. Viator did NO investigation at all. I could have sent the text stream of them repeated showing up at the wrong locations. So I just ended up wasting $155. What a clown show. Don’t use this company. You may regret it like I did.

Seamless experience. Our driver was friendly, on time, and professional. She grabbed our bags for us and was a great driver. Also the vehicle felt luxurious and was super private. Loved it!

I booked it online and with specific pick up and drop off instructions. The provider messaged me through the app which I didn't see and they cancelled the transportation. Took a few messages to get the refund from Viator. Told me I was cancelling outside the cancellation period.

Driver arrived before time and waited for us. He made sure we were comfortable. He was very patient despite getting stuck at a construction site for 15 plus minutes. We arrived at the airport in good time.

Easy to book, driver was early and friendly and got us to the airport quickly. Only complaint I have is the price listed for the booking was in Mexican Pesos but the service was Costa Rica and I was paying with an American credit card so trying to figure out how much the service would actually cost was very confusing.
