Not due to village tour. Rather handling of tour scheduling: without discussion, rescheduled one of four persons to four days later than day cruise ship was in Suva port. Poor communications between Viator and Tour folks.

Indeed there was a miscommunication from the beginning and we tried several times to get in touch with you before the tour date as we always do with our customers for proper scheduling. We even met you and we explained to you where to the issue was. We offered you a full refund that you agreed We also offered an additional free tour but you declined (I hope it was because the weather was not permitting). At Kay Services we always provide the best services possible and we have reported this issue to Viator for corrective measures to ensure that this never happen again.
