Peter & Mike were very knowledgeable & entertaining guides. Unfortunately our stop was on a Sunday so a lot of things closed. Thought it was going to be a private tour but there were 3 other couples they were trying to accommodate. Bit confusing & 4 of us ended up in a smaller vehicle. One person crammed in the back. Unfortunately it has rained so the ancient village & waterfall walkways were muddy. We had assumed more of a city tour so were not prepared to walk through a forest or muddy path. Wear closed toe shoes or dark running shoes if wet! Peter was a very good guide though & I'm sure under different circumstances it would be a good tour.

We would like to address your concerns regarding the group size and the vehicle arrangement. Our intention is always to provide a personalized and private tour experience. However, the package "private selected" had the description of a Maximum of 6 guests in a shared vehicle. We will update our product more descriptively to ensure that there are no grey lines that could cause any misunderstanding. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, particularly the discomfort of one person being crammed in the back of a smaller vehicle. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Regarding the weather conditions and the muddy paths. While we strive to provide the best possible experience, weather conditions can sometimes impact the accessibility and condition of certain attractions. We understand this was not what you expected, especially if you were prepared for more of a city tour. Your suggestion about wearing closed-toe or dark running shoes in wet conditions is valuable, and we will consider it for future tours. We are glad to hear that Peter was a very good guide despite the circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding that the tour experience could have been different under different circumstances.
