Your ship is the only ship in on that day and my trip is only for the ship passengers, so if your ship arrives late , it’s no problem as I would be waiting at gate 3 for when you disembark. If your ship arrives early which always happens, then I ask for you to make it to the meeting point at 8:30am as this assures that your trip would be totally amazing as we get you to the waterfalls without the crowds. 200 people at the waterfalls is not to much fun. If your ship docks on time then I ask for you to make it to the meeting point at gate 3 when you’re given clearance to disembark. If the ship docks later than the start time of the trip, it’s no problem as we have to wait on whenever the ship allows you to disembark. We just ask that you make it to the meeting point at gate 3 when you’re given clearance to disembark. Thanks again guys and I can assure your day would be one to remember . ALL TRIPS WITH SANDALS ST VINCENT ARE PRIVATE TRIPS. TRIPS THAT ARE BOOKED FROM MAY-NOVEMBER ARE PRIVATE. CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS(NOVEMBER - APRIL). pick-up time depends on when your ship arrives. THIS TRIP LEAVES ON TIME 30 MINUTES AFTER PASSENGERS ARE ALLOWED TO EXIT THE SHIP. (Example) If your ship docks at 8:00am and passengers are allowed to exit the ship at 9:00am , our pick-up time will be 9:00am-9:30am. .( We give 5min Extra ). PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TRIP LEAVES ON TIME. This trip can be canceled due to bad Weather, natural disasters or not the required minimum passengers for the trip.

This excursion was the highlight of our trip! Ronald was an excellent guide and was truly passionate about his home. We toured the island and visited the waterfalls and Pirates of the Caribbean movie sight.. Lunch was great too! Be prepared for a lot of steps up to the waterfall and bring water shoes.
The best part of the excursion was learning about the Island from Ronald. His enthusiasm rubs off and by the end of the trip you will love St. Vincent as much as he does!

We enjoyed this tour the best of all the tours that we did on our 14-day Caribbean cruise, in fact it is one of the best tours I’ve experienced in recent memory. Ronald’s love and passion for his island were obvious as he shared a wealth of information and insights as we toured with him. Ronald has a very personable and warm personality and he treated us like friends. We enjoyed the small group size, there was just 1 other couple with us on this tour. We never felt rushed and simply had a wonderful time.

Ronald is very passionate about his beloved island. He spends time with each person as needed. He is well versed on every aspect of St. Vincent and goes out of his way to make sure that we see things before the large crowds arrive. He makes every minute of the day count. Ronald Fraiser knows how to make you feel like family on the island of Saint Vincent. This was by far one of our most memorable and favorite excursion on any Caribbean island we have visited. This small group tour got us to all the best destinations before the crowds and Ronald himself is what really makes this tour unique and one not to miss. I will post a lot of photo's of the beautiful locations we explored along the way. The island of Saint Vincent is not to be missed and Ronald Fraiser will make you fall in love with the island by the way he makes you feel like part of their family!

We were at the waterfalls as the first visitors that day. We had 10 minutes for ourself before the crowd arrived. Greate oportunity to take a nice foto. Dexter - our guide wss very helpfull. He gave us a lot of information about island. We could also try a delicious fresh fruits! Strongly recomend!

Ronald was the best tour guide. He was informative and passionate about his island. He loved sharing information and showing us everything. My advice is to book this trip but also when booking an excursion show up at the meeting place 10-15 min early. A couple showed up 30 min late to the excursion and put us all behind schedule. Don’t be that person. Highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing experience with our private tour guide, Ronald Fraser! From the start, it was clear how passionate he is about his island and how much he enjoys sharing its history and culture. He was an excellent and confident driver, which made the day very relaxing. We were treated like VIPs the entire time, and the thoughtful extras - bottled water, rum punch or a non-alcoholic drink, and fresh native fruit - were greatly appreciated. This tour exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to others!

This was my favorite tour ever! Chill vibes, a small group, a very caring and attentive tour guide, lots of fun interesting information but not too 'monology-y' and 'exposition-y', I learned a lot about the island life and everyone on the tour. A brilliant day, Ronald's love for his Island comes through so much. He is passionate about the featured places and also about ensuring we had a great time. He prioritised our experience above everything else ensuring the itinerary and the way he scheduled it allowed us to view the attractions with minimal conflict with other groups. I cannot recommend this excursion highly enough and would urge people to look into this rather than other tour operators with bigger parties and a less personalised experience

Great knowledgeable guide. The falls was closed so he brought us to Kingstown instead, along with the Pirates of the Carribean film site, the fort and a black sand beach.

Just to start I gave Ronald a five star however if a 10 star was available, he would earn every Star.
The excursion to start was absolutely amazing. His passion and love for the island was infectious. It Was one of the best excursion I’ve ever taken anywhere in my life.
Just go in to this and roll with the flow from the road side Beer with Joyce to the fresh fruit along the route.

That it is not easy to get to the Falls, negotiating a bamboo bridge and plenty of steps and stones in and out of the water, luckily we were very well looked after by Germain Ronald Fraser’s son, he did great.

Exceptional tour. Ronald showed us his beautiful island in its entirety. The stops were wonderful and we got many amazing pictures to remember our trip. Ronald made us his delicious rum punch and he was so nice. Must not miss the best experience.

Ronald Frazier and his staff show so much pride in St. Vincent! They get you to the sites before all other tours and give you very interesting facts about the island. The waterfalls were beautiful. We then visited the area where they shot the movie Pirates of the Caribbean. It was another great place to visit.We then went to a beach that was meh ( a little rocky)But, rented an inexpensive chair and took a short walk to Sandals resort where you could swim and spend time. Their beach was beautiful. Kingsley was a great part of the crew.. he put time and effort in showing everyone the sites and helping navigate the falls. I highly recommend this tour above all others.

Best tour of St Vincent and best tour on our cruise. Ronald is passionate about his beautiful island and will make sure you have an amazing day and stay safe. They guide you and help you at the waterfall which is a great adventure and very refreshing if you want to go under it or sit in the water. Next we went to the Pirates of the Caribbean set which was a beautiful spot. Last we went to the beach for two hours. We got bbq chicken and rented beach chairs w umbrella on the beach from a tent. Bring cash. We did not stop at the fort because it is currently closed due to damage from a hurricane recently, but we had a few other scenic overlook stops. They supplied plenty of cold water, rum punch or fruit punch, and homemade plantain chips.

Guide Robert as excellent. Gave lots of information on the people and culture and had various wonderful photo stops . Waterfalls were phenomenal but didn’t do the extra climb to the second waterfall . He took special care of us to arrange an early ride back to the ship . Restaurant choices were limited to only one place by the beach that was overcrowded and no additional seating do we skipped and went back to ship .

Great trip! Ronald is a really nice guy and I enjoyed chatting to him on the drive around the island. The pick up was on time, we stopped at photo spots as we drove around and even for a beer on the way back. Waterfalls and beach were great too

Absolutely amazing tour. I was picked up from my accommodation before we went to pick up the cruise guests. Ronald took us up to the waterfall and told us lots of interesting and cool stories about St. Vincent. He kept his promise and we were the first ones at the fall, enjoying a little time there before the other tours arrived. After that, we drove back down, took the time for photo stops and visited the other locations.
Ronald was the best tour guide you could wish for. He knew all the facts and told us lots of cool stories, showed us the nicest places and people. He gave us as much time as we wanted at each stop and supplied us with snacks and drinks.
