Little communication from the supplier, but the experience turned out fine. The driver was waiting for us right where they said he would be. They were up where of the delay from the airline.

Our driver was waiting right outside the door with a sign with my name on it. He was polite and courteous, and drove us safely to our hotel. Definitely would use this service again.

Tatem was great. He was exactly where he said he would be holding a sign with my name on it. The van was clean and a/c was running.
Tatem also provided some information about the island during our ride to the hotel.
My girlfriend ended up leaving her “house coat” in the van when we arrived at the hotel. Tatem sent me a message through Viator, but I didn’t see it until later. He actually came back to the hotel and dropped her coat off with the front desk and they called to inform us they had her coat. Honestly, up until that point she didn’t even realize she left it. Thanks!

Mr. Tatum’s service was wonderful! He waited for us as our plane arrived about 10 minutes late and it took quite some time to clear customs. He told us about places to eat and where to get groceries. Great service, thank you!

We booked round trip w Mr Tatem, and he provided excellent service. He charges the same price as other drivers (approx $28 each way to Marriott or airport), but it's great to keep the vacation vibes flowing with on-time, pre-arranged, friendly service to greet you at the airport and hotel. Will book again !

Driver was waiting for us as we cleared customs. Very friendly. Plenty room for 4 of us and able to fit luggage as well. Also stopped for us to get groceries before our destination and re arranged luggage to make room for groceries.

Our driver was punctual, friendly and give us very good tips about tours in the island. He stopped at a supermarket so we can buy groceries on the way to the resort and nicely made several stops to buy coconuts and other fruits on the way. We highly recommend Tatem Toussaint.

This was probably the best airport transfer we've ever had. From the personalised greeting right outside the terminal to the drop off at the door of the hotel, it couldn't have gone any better. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and fully air-conditioned, but it was the driver who turned the transfer into a holiday experience. Toussaint Tatem is a lovely, friendly and knowledgeable man. He answered all of our questions and gave us information which enabled us to make the most of our stay. He was so kind and reliable that we contacted him several other times, including the return to the airport at the end of our visit. Thanks for everything Toussaint, it was a pleasure to meet you!!

Mr. Tatem was a fantastic driver. Had a sign immediately as we exited the terminal (and was well known by everyone). I was able to use his services throughout the week with excellent communication via WhatsApp and always prompt pickups. I highly recommend his services.
