Please provide a contact number we can reach you when you are in Antigua to be able to update you with pick up information. please note, we only provide pick up at the listed location. If you select "I will select my pick up later" you are responsible for contacting us with your location from the provided list of pick up points listed. Our Pick up time is earlier than our start time, Pick up time will be communicated to you a day prior to your activity date. Pick up time is an average of 45 minutes to 1 hour before your activity. If you are in the English Harbour Area, pick up time is 15 - 30 minutes before your activity date. Pick up is only available for a minimum of two participants or more. We do not offer pickup for a single participant.
What To Expect
After pickup from one of the listed hotels and pickup points, generally around 45–60 minutes before the start time you’ve selected, join your group of maximum 10 travelers on the shore of Freeman’s Bay.
Your guide provides your kit and gives you a tutorial on how to use your sea scooter—it’s expected you already know how to swim and snorkel. Then, start exploring among colorful coral and aquarium fish. Turtle sightings are most likely in the afternoon, but your shipwreck viewing is guaranteed.
Next, just push a button and whoosh through the ocean and around the headland to the Pillars of Hercules, natural rock formations shaped by wind and ocean.
Your tour lasts about two hours and you receive photos once the driver has dropped you back.

- Turtle sightings are better on afternoon sessions. We also see turtles in the morning, not as high a probability as afternoon session.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Bernie picked us up and drove through amazing scenery, giving us useful information along the way.
When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff, willing to assist. After the H&S aspect we spend our time at various locations within the bay. The scenes were amazing. We saw numerous turtles and various fish. On the way back to shore we even saw a ray. All are amazing creatures.
I would like to thank all of the staff for making truly lifelong memories.

First time scooter snorkeling. It was an awesome experience. We saw turtles, stingray, shipwreck and more beautiful fish than we could count. Redick our fantastic guide was full of enthusiasm and great at finding sea-life.
Hotel pickup was on-time, van very comfortable and our driver was personable. An enjoyable ride back and forth to our hotel.
This a must tour if you are in Antigua .

It was amazing. Excellent safety introduction. The venue is idyllic and beautiful. The equipment was in top condition and instructions were easy to follow.
We saw turtles, gorgeous coloured fish and a sting ray.
Had a lovely morning and would 100% recommend and wish I could go back.

Do this tour! Terrific excursion! Would definitely do again. Bernie and the rest of the staff were great. We wanted local cuisine on our way back to the cruise ship. Bernie recommended Roti King and dropped us off there at our request, so glad he did. Don't miss this tour.

Cruise passengers, avid snorkelers, strong swimmers, & quality is important to us.
Pros for us:
- driver was reachable by phone & friendly
- the scooters are fun but more novelty
Cons for us: - 45 min drive each way from Heritage Quay, - 30 min orientation, gear getting, etc, - 1 hour snorkel time, - poor visibility on our trip
Overall not worth the time (2 hours) to snorkel (1 hour).
The 'kids in us' enjoyed the scooters.
Probably best for teens, kids, etc.
The staff has their system down pat. It's a well run machine. They are friendly and safe.
Overall though, we felt it was overrated.

A fun & novel experience. The power scooters whizzed us around the ocean & facilitated us going deeper under water .
Rex our guide in the water was excellent, we felt very safe & well cared for .
Having a boat bobbing around expertly driven by Ibram if we needed it , was comforting .

They don’t nickel and dime for extra costs for photos or a ride from the hotel either. So refreshing.
My son is 18 and a college freshman. A regular snorkel would bore the life out of him. This was way better. And for me who’s lazy and just wants to stay up top.

This was a wonderful experience. The crew were so helpful and the scooters were so much fun! Our teens loved the experience. The crew was incredibly helpful and even went the extra mile to help my son find his phone. Would definitely do this experience again.

We did this excursion last year and loved it so much, we came back again this year! We met up with our friends this time too! Our kids 10 & 13 loved it and maneuvered around with the scooter easily. They dove down to check out the fish and turtles and loved doing twirls and going in circles too. We will go back again some day.

My husband and I had an amazing time doing this sea scooter experience! The entire staff is friendly and top-notch. Bernie transported us, and we enjoyed talking with him and listening to his clear instructions on how to navigate the scooters. Venroy led us out to sea. So much fun, and I have never snorkeled out so far, but felt safe with the guides, safety boat, and scooter to glide through the water. We saw turtles and many cool fish. The Pillars of Hercules are amazing to swim out to also! A must-do when on the island.

We LOVED this experience so much! The team were great (shout out to Imran and V!) - very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly, and put us at ease straight away! The underwater scooters were very easy to use, and we were especially fortunate to be the only people in the morning session (the afternoon had many more) and so essentially had Imran guiding us all to ourselves! We saw a few turtles, amazing fish, including a barracuda, lots of coral etc and in general found it a lovely way to explore the ocean, with Imran pointing things out and telling us info. We loved Galleon Beach and so decided to stay there for the afternoon, and the team very very kindly said that they would be happy to drop us back to our hotel later with the second group, which was so kind of them. Imran took some brilliant photos of us/for us too. This was genuinely one of our favourite days in Antigua, and a perfect start to our holiday!

We took our 8 year old twins (strong swimmers). They did great until we got out of the cove and encounter really big waves. They wore out fast and wanted to go back. Staff took them both back safely so my husband and I could continue the tour. We saw lots fish & turtles. Super fun experience.

Fantastic trip. The electric scuba’s were so good and so much fun. They are very easy to use. Good snorkelling equipment is provided. Although we only saw a few turtles we saw lots of different fish and a ship wreck. Free photos are emailed immediately after which is great. The tour guide was fantastic and it’s all done very safely. Our driver Renick was also fantastic and made the trip even better. Really recommend ladies to wear a swimsuit opposed to a bikini as the motor blows out and constantly knocks it down otherwise, it also gets really cold in the water. We have done many snorkelling trips in all different countries but this was definitely the best one as the scuba really helped you get deep under without much effort at all.

Communication with the tour operator was awesome. The scooters made navigating through the sea effortless. Bernie was a great guide. We saw some sea turtles and many colorful fish. I highly recommend this tour.

Great excursion. We had a hard time finding the pickup location, but the driver made extra efforts to find us. The snorkeling was nice and the staff gave us a very good orientation to the equipment and what to expect. Tour guides were caring, attentive, and fun. Even provided our choice of drinks as well as rum samples after we finished snorkeling.

The staff was great. Our driver Bernie was fantastic. Our hotel was about 45 minutes from the snorkeling center and he filled us in on much of the history and culture of the islandon the way. The water was warm and the guides took us to the best spots. The incuded photos were a nice bonus.
