Amazing experience not to be missed. Tafari was a superb host and holding a massive sting ray whilst feeling totally safe was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Perfect trip from pick up to drop off. Very professional yet super friendly. Would highly recommend this trip and Tafari. Great value too.

Wow, what an absolute amazing experience at Stingray City. Communication from time of booking was excellent, with instructions of meeting point & time. Swimming, holding & feeding the stingrays was so good. I would definately recommend this trip & if ever in Antigua would not hesitate in doing it again.

Very well organised trip. Our driver, Andrew was very friendly and chatty. He made is feel relaxed abd looked after. The stingray experience was great, the highlight of our cruise. The stingrays were giant and very friendly, clearly well looked after, so they return time after time to the tourists. Free rum punch after and changing facilities. We also received snacks and a certificate from Andrew, lovely extra touch. I would 100% recommend to do this trip, if you have a chance.

Amazing As Always

This was our third time swimming with the Ladies, as my wife calls them, and it was the same superb trip we'd done before with this company. Although busy it was a pleasure to see that the Stingrays always had priority and were free to come and go as they pleased. Most of the staff were very knowledgeable and treated the Rays with due respect. Well organised and safe for the customers also. I'm sure we'll be back for a fourth time.

Wonderful trip. A bit tricky to find the meeting point as the boardwalk from the ship was shut but managed to find it (10 minute walk instead of 2 minute if the boardwalk was open). Pretty large group but didnt feel crowded. Bus from the cruise ship to stingray city, then a boat out to the shallows to meet the stingrays. There are shallow areas to stand or you can venture a little further to snorkel (supplied) with the fish and the rays. The rays were very inquisitive and were very happy to swim amongst us all. Very well organised and run trip, topped off with some yummy rum punch before heading back to the boat. Would highly recommend.

An Experience you should not miss.

Meeting spot 3 minute walk from cruise ship. Then 30 minute bus ride, which the driver Andrew, very knowledgeable pointed out landmarks with history of buildings and landmarks. Short 10 minute boat ride to a floating dock. Easy access into water which is waist deep. In the water for about 1 hour. The crew in the water makes sure everyone gets to touch and feed the stingrays. I would recommend this adventure to anyone who would like to be up close to stingrays. FYI, this type does not sting you, they rub against you and let you touch them in the water.

Wow what an amazing experience. Our friendly driver Bertram picked us up and talked to us all the way there with a great passion for an island he obviously loves. We learnt a lot. Once there everything from the briefing to getting on. Oars was super smooth. Once at the stingrays again great organisation and a wonderful experience to interact with these beautiful creatures! The men involved had so much patience with people, one lady who was scared of water and another scared of the rays were given great patience to overcome these fears. Once in a lifetime experience!

Being out in the ocean and interacting with the stingrays was great. However, there were too many people crowded together on the sandbank. We kept running into other people, and we were worried about injury to the stingrays. With that size of crowd, I’m not sure if the guides can ensure the safety of the gentle creatures. My thirteen year old who usually loves these types of experiences was unsettled by the crowded situation.

The number of participants is limited and many people can't find a place to live this experience. We adopt this policy specifically so as not to overcrowd the tour.

To start with, Greta was our tour guide and she was spot on. We had timely pick-up and brought us back to the ship on time. She was there with us the whole tour guiding us and instructing us. She got into the ocean with us and showed us the spot to take pictures, feed the rays and so on. The guides were also amazing. It was crisp and not boring. They were generous enough to allow us to feed the rays as many times we wanted. They were down with us in the ocean the whole times. For first timers, book the tour with sting-ray city, it's reasonable price and the all the tour operators drops us at the same spot and from there it's the employees of that island that takes us to the ocean. With sting-ray city tours, you get to spend around an hour with the rays, and after check out you will be asked for a taxi service. Without second thought book through it, as it is relatively cheap around 35 USD to and fro. With local taxi's it's 35USD one-way and with other tours it's more than that and literally you cannot find a taxi to return back from there as it is an isolated part of the island and around 18 miles away. These are definitely gentle giants and they don' sting!!! One thing which was a bit disappointing was the pictures, I am a solo traveler and I noticed with many other tourist, there were more pictures taken, but with me I got only two but at the end I guess you can buy only one. I was ready to pay away the double of that, but unfortunately only two pictures of mine were taken and I was disappointed with it. May be you ought to make a special request for more pictures I guess ( Not sure though ). Sting-ray tours are a reasonable, affordable and deliver what they say. Greta was amazing, polite and she even got me a certificate of participation for swimming with the rays. I will be doing it again soon!!!

100% recommend this experience. Short wait time and safety talk at the destination. From there a 20 minute boat trip to a shallow section where stingrays swim right past you. Photo and feeding opportunities from the very friendly staff. Special shout out to Captain T who made an incredible effort with my daughter who was a little bit scared. Thank you so much!

We were never able to go because they cancelled our reservation the night before due to some kind of event. We were leaving Antigua the following day. It was very unprofessional. If they had told us earlier we could have rescheduled the tour for the day before. We were so excited to experience this tour and now we are leaving Antigua without being able to do it.

The tour was canceled due to dangerous sea conditions that did not guarantee the safety of the participants. We care about ensuring our tours are safe for everyone without risking the health of the participants. I'm sorry you couldn't live the experience you cared a lot about. A tip: next time if you really want to go on a tour, book it the first days of the holiday and not the last so if a problem happens, at least you have time to be able to book it another day. Please note that we have issued immediately a 100% refund.
