This tour begins at 9:30AM. We do pickups from all ports, vacation homes, Airbnb properties, private homes, all other accommodation properties or any point on the island. If you are staying at an Airbnb property or private home, please provide directions. Staying at Sandals Resort? Please let us know if you are on the Caribbean or Mediterranean side. Arriving at the Antigua Cruise Port? Your ship will dock in the shopping center where there are two sections; Heritage Quay and Redcliffe Quay. Our representative who will be carrying a handheld Antigua VIP Tours sign will be awaiting you at our meeting point, which is in ZONE 7 at Heritage Quay Shopping Center. GETTING TO THE MEETING POINT If you’re docked at the Heritage Quay Pier walk straight ahead and as you exit you will see the different zones on your left. Feel free to ask for directions. If you’re docked at Redcliffe Quay Pier, please make a left as soon as you exit and walk along the boardwalk until you get to the Heritage Quay Pier. At this pier, make a right and as you walk straight ahead, the zones will be ahead of you, look for ZONE 7

we had a very fun day going around the South part of the island. our guide Sean was very engaging and knowledgeable. the various stops were relatively short, 15 minutes or so, but that was adequate for each of the places we visited. the devil's bridge is very interesting as well as the views from Shirley heights and the English harbor. we would definitely recommend.

What an amazing day from start to finish.
Rob our driver was very friendly and informative. Pick up time was prompt and the day was so well organised. We shared with only one other couple from Canada which was lovely.
The sights from Shirley Heights were breathtaking and Long Bay beach the most beautiful I have ever seen.
I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Antigua.
My thanks and appreciation to Rob our driver for making it so enjoyable.

I would recommend this excursion but through the promoted guides at the port.
I wouldn’t recommend Viator to cruise guests not able to access wifi or data for communications about travel details.
In our case we were unable to locate our excursion pickup location from the tickets and information provided on the Viator App while offline (no wifi/ and unable to access data at pier). We had accessed the Viator app and email at the previous port the day prior in hopes to retrieve and information on the upcoming excursion that we had pre-booked through Viator.
We attended to Thames street and Heritage Quay in St. Thomas which was the location laid out on the App. No staff members at the St. Thomas pier at this location were able to identify the tickets as provided and were un-familiar with the Viator brand. We provided the directions as given to a number of staff and tour guides/ taxi and operators with no luck.
We were advised that this was the taxi and bussing area directly in front of the pier and should have been provided with the name a guide which according to staff was the standard in St Thomas Antigua
After waiting from 9:15am until 10:30 am (scheduled meet-up time was 9:15)
There were no Viator staff or knowledge of the company at the pier.
Following up later in the day at a location where we were able to access wifi, we were able to get into the app and see that some further instructions were available if accessed from wifi ( also could be accessed through the provided email from Viator).
I wish that info through links within the App and ticketing info had been included within the email received so it could be referenced without having to access wifi given the limited access at several of the Caribbean piers.
We requested a refund through Viator and were advised that because the operator had not approved it no refund would be issued. A link to the refund policy was also included with their email but did little other than identify that I had no recourse to a refund in our case.
If you are looking for a company that has many offerings for caribbean ports Viator is a great reference to view offerings available at the many wonderful ports of call.
However when it came to communication about the tour meet location / excision provider information and timely communication we felt that Viator could do better. We felt that by getting an Antigua VIP gold Semi-private tour we would be putting ourselves in a good spot.
Pricing of more than $300 cdn for 2 persons I thought we would have been more than adequate to ensure that we were going with a reputable provider.
In the end we did a similar excursion out of pocket - it was a beautiful island, and would recommend to others. Booking at the port would ensure that there was no run- around and deal directly with the providers to cut out having to be out the pre-purchased tour through Viator.

Great tour & guide. Ended up with only four of us with the guide in a van, so very comfortable!
Only warning - got conflicting instructions about going to Zone 7 (ahead of time after booking) and the Columbian Emeralds store (the day before, seemed automated from Viator). We went with the latter since it was the most recent instructions. Zone 7 is the correct location....we were lucky and someone else in front of the Emeralds store directed us to the right place to meet our guide.

Rob was an amazing tour guide. With only 4 people instead his van it was so much nicer than a hugh cruise bus. We saw almost the entire island and some beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Antigua 🇦🇬 owes me NOTHING. I booked with Antigua VIP tours- Semi private GOLD. My host Steffon did his biggest one & also met some life long friends on this tour that happened to be on the same cruise as us. It set the tone for the rest of the trip!
This tour covered anything & everything must see in Antigua! Top sights include the panoramic sunset views at Shirley Heights, exploring the historic Nelson’s Dockyard(UNESCO site), and visiting the natural limestone arch, Devil's Bridge.

The tour was a perfect way to see this beautiful Island, with a very knowledgeable local Antiguan. Stefan our guide gave a varied and interesting commentary throughout. He is courteous, respectful and accommodating. He is a very careful driver and the vehicle is air conditioned and comfortable. We saw so many highlights and learned so much of his beautiful homeland in the time we had with him. We would highly recommend this tour and the investment in a private/semi private experience.

The pick up location on Viator is not exactly correct. The operator has notified Viator previously but they have not updated in on the ticket. We were able to the local contact and meet up with little additional challenge.

Full and comprehensive tour of the island. Very knowledgeable and informative about historical and island life. All the sites were visited prior to any influx of other visitors so it felt calm and un rushed. Rob was our guide for the day and was an excellent host.He shared his facts about each site and gave space to enjoy some personal time before moving on to the next stop. I have mobility issues and greatly appreciated the support of added steps to allow me to enjoy the tour without having to worry about holding others up. Rob is an absolute star and made the whole day a totally positive experience. His driving is excellent and kept us safe and returned us back to our hotel.

Our guide had really incredible knowledge of the island, its history, and the sites that we went to. He was super accommodating of taking pictures for us, and modifying time at places we all loved while shortening visits to sites we were ready to move on from. He was engaging the whole time, and gave us options to choose at the end as a group to modify the tour slightly to match what he thought (and was correct) our personalities would all like better. Really incredible especially to not only get us place to place and give local knowledge but to have the depth of history he had was really wonderful!
