Driver was on time and was not sure which airport Hilton I needed. The first one we stopped at, he came in with me to make sure it was the correct hotel. It was not, however he dodo get directions to the proper hotel. Great trip overall. Will definitely use Viator again

My driver was Marius and he was wonderful. He texted me about an hour before pick up time and said he was ready whenever I was good to go. He picked me up outside the cruise terminal as agreed and I had a smooth ride into London. It was a great way to travel!

Easy peasy way to get from Southhampton cruise port to Heathrow. Only suggestion would be for driver to use WhatsApp to contact us on the day of pick-up vs. calling to avoid any unnecessary cell phone charges. Driver was on time, where he said he'd be and all went very well - nice calm, stressfree end to our trip!

We were nervous we would be late checking in for our flight home from a cruise. Our shuttle was waiting for us when we left the ship at 7:15 and we were the only ones on the shuttle at that hour. Our driver had no problems getting us to our gate at Heathrow from South Hampton terminal. We arrived in plenty of time, checked in early and made our flight with no problems.
I advise anyone to use Viator for many things, but especially getting to the airport early.

Driver was 35 minutes late for pickup. Other driver from the same company confused about where driver was. I was about to just get a taxi at one point as there seemed to be no information about the driver or pickup. No apologies from driver for being so late.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on the Shuttle Service Southampton Cruise Terminals to Heathrow Airport and London, as this is a shuttle service where you share the vehicle with other passengers, and as stated on the product information and on the booking voucher, the service leaves the terminal at 8:15 am. My understanding is that you left the terminal at 8 am with the other passengers. We have a representative to meet you and greet you at the cruise terminal as you have stated. There was another driver at the cruise terminal who met you and informed you that you had to wait for other passengers before leaving the cruise terminal. Alternatively, we do offer private services where the driver will meet you at your preferred pickup time and take you straight to your final destination without waiting for other passengers.

However, he dropped us off at the wrong hotel with the same name instead of using the address we provided when we booked. We had to walk with 4 pieces of luggage several blocks.

Thank you for your feedback on our service we do provide clear instructions on where to meet the driver on the booking confirmation voucher from your, review I'm guessing you did not read the instructions on your booking voucher as we do not meet passengers in the baggage area, we do provide a free UK number if you're not able to locate your driver before 8 am. As the service will leave the terminal by 8:15 am

Terrible experience. Waited over 40 minutes. Car was a no show. Repeatedly texted with viator who was of no help contacting the local operator. Had to call an Uber. Refund required.

Thank you for your feedback on our service, I am sorry to hear that you were unable to make contact with our Driver at the Southampton cruise terminal, clear instructions are provided on the booking voucher on the procedure on where to meet our driver and a phone number to call through to the office if you are not able to make contact with the driver by 8 am. We have been in contact with Viator and have provided further evidence that showed that other passengers were picked up on your service and the driver was at the located pick up point as stated on the booking voucher.

Late pickup! arrived at 8.15am and had to call the company twice to figure out where the pickup was. Apparently this is a common issue at the City Cruise Terminal - passengers getting the runaround looking for the driver. Minibus was packed and I was seated between driver and front seat passenger. Barely enough room for my luggage. Friendly driver! got a bit of a running tour and commentary on the long drive to the airport.

My shuttle driver never arrived. Don’t know whether he was late or never appeared. I was lucky to find another driver with Travel Brake. He took me to Heathrow and I was very grateful for him, and the other nice couple that let me use their limo. They were going to downtown London, and I know that it was an extra 20 minutes out of their way as Heathrow airport is massive. I expect better when I book through Viator.

our shared service was due to leave the cruise terminal at 8:15 AM the driver was at location and was not able to locate you as you left the terminal before the scheduled departure time.
