Please state your preferred pick-up time when booking. The pickup time is the disembarkation time that the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal. Generally the ships arrive at 5am, with the first passengers disembarking at 6am. Please note: The cruise company will give priority to passengers who have to catch flights at the airports. However, you should be able to select what time you would like to come off the ship, therefore if you wish to disembark the ship by 8am, it will be arranged for you to have your luggage and to be off the ship by 8am.

We disembarked from our ship about an hour earlier than our taxi pick up time. Reached out to the company to get an earlier pick up time but no response. Our driver did show up on time, was friendly, funny and drove cautiously. The car was comfortable and big enough for all our luggage.

Excellent experience with EC Minibus. Driver was on time, very courageous and safe. Dropped us at our terminal which had changed (terminal 5 instead of 3) after we made the booking. I had to change our pickup time which was easy but had an additional charge.

This was the worst ever! Scheduled to pick up to be at the Southampton cruise terminal and no one ever showed up. Trying to get my money back now because I never got a ride to my hotel in London. The advertisement is deceiving. They say it wasn’t from the terminal. It was actually from the airport, which is not in the advertisement for this excursion.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on the booking process. As our representative explained when you arrived at Southampton Cruise Terminal you couldn't locate your driver. Since the reservation came in the supplier and the booking agent have been trying to get hold of you via email and via phone with no reply as you stated on the booking process a pick up from Southampton Airport which is specified on your booking voucher, and no further information. Yes, you are correct that the service that you had booked is for a pick-up from the Southampton cruise terminal to London. But in your reservation details provided, you did not specify that the pick up was from the cruise ship or a pick-up time. Therefore, we did not know where and at what time to send the driver. When you did speak to our team member and we explained we did state that we could get a vehicle to you, but you declined as you wish not to wait for the vehicle.

I was very disappointed in the service you provided. My family and I experienced two mix-ups with pick up times. Both of these times had been confirmed by my travel agent, for which I had copies of the email confirmations with me. First on July 7, we were to be picked up at 8:30 am at our hotel to be transferred to the Southhampton Port. We were picked up at 9:30 after calling your dispatcher. Then on July 19, we were to be picked up at the Southampton Port at 10:00 am, but your driver arrived at 8:00 am. We did not realize he was there until 9:30 am. Again, both of the times that I had were confirmed through an email. The last pick up I was requested to pay the driver an additional $50 for an error that was not mine. I will be informing my travel agent of these instances, and will not use, nor recommend your service to anyone.

I am sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with the booking agency that your travel agent booked the service with. We have confirmed on the day of your service and have provided all the evidence proving that we did attempt to contact you before the travel date on multiple occasions with no reply. As your travel agent booked with a third-party booking agency 2 transfer services, she or you were not aware that the services were booked with two separate companies. You have confirmed that your travel agent did communicate the pick-up times, but unfortunately, this communication was not with us, instead was with the first company that took you down to Southampton. Again, we tried on multiple occasions to contact you with no reply. Therefore we provided the service as was specified on the booking confirmation voucher at the pick-up time that was requested on the original booking. I understand we had to charge you an additional fee but unfortunately, as you did not communicate with us, it is clearly stated if you are late for the pick-up time, there will be additional fees the information is clearly stated on your booking voucher. I am aware that you have raised this matter with the third-party booking agency which has advised you that there were two different suppliers that provided the services.

Quiet Haven after a Hectic Disembarkation

This was such a great way for us to end our cruise and begin site seeing in London! Disembarkation was so hectic from the insane wait for an elevator to the hectic exit with so many others, but there was our trust driver waiting to whisk us away to London, a 2 hour drive from the Cruise Terminal. How lovely to just chill in a quiet environment until arriving somewhat refreshed at the hotel.

What a way to end our vacation,! We rode back to the airport in a luxury BMW, the most comfortable ride and the best conversation by our driver. He was a very nice young gentleman that we both felt was easy to talk to and we had a lot in common. He was also helpful in handling our luggage and telling us where to go to navigate the airport!! In spite of our very late ship arrival and an ongoing fire incident at the port, the company and the driver kept in contact with us and we were able to meet up with our driver and get to London. The vehicle was clean and roomy enough for all four of us and our luggage. The driver was friendly and understanding and stuck with us through all the pandemonium at pick up.

We weren’t able to get off the ship until the assigned time of 8:30 plus our luggage was misplaced but the patient driver who was waiting since 7:00 am was very kind and accommodating.. it was a smooth ride. We again passed by the beautiful, quaint houses of Southampton. When we arrived at the Marriott Sheraton hotel I didn’t see the sign and on top of the revolving door was Park Lane Hotel so that was confusing. The good driver told me that he was going to wait until I was sure that it was the right place. So I checked and thank goodness…it was.

There was excellent communication from the operator and we were even able to change our pickup time the day before once learning of exact timing of disembarkation from the ship. The driver showed up exactly on time and was helpful in loading our luggage and getting us to our destination in downtown London in good time.
