Booked a private airport transfer in Singapore and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our driver arrived on time, was pleasant talking to him and communication was clear, and the pickup process at Singapore Changi Airport was smooth and really stress free.
The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which was perfect after my long flight. Luggage handling was efficient, and the ride to the hotel was safe and pleasant. What I appreciated most was the reliability and professionalism throughout the journey.
If you’re looking for a transport services, this is a great option. Definitely beats dealing with ride hailing uncertainty.
Will absolutely book again for future trips !

Hi Mr Bruno, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the vehicle configuration and luggage capacity.
To clarify, the vehicle provided was a 13-seater van. For airport transfers with luggage, part of the passenger seating is folded up to create the luggage compartment. As shown in the photo taken during the transfer, the luggage occupied this space, which is why not all 13 passenger seats were available for use.
Our listing states a maximum luggage configuration of approximately 9 passengers + 9 pieces of luggage for this vehicle. Prior to the transfer, we also contacted you to confirm your luggage requirements, as your group consisted of 10 passengers. We were informed that the group would be travelling with medium and small luggage. However, upon pickup, the actual luggage quantity and sizes were significantly larger than what we had expected based on the information provided.
Our driver nevertheless did his best to accommodate as many passengers and bags as safely possible. Unfortunately, with the actual amount of luggage, there was insufficient space for all 10 passengers together with the luggage, and an alternative arrangement was required for the remaining passenger(s).
We understand this was inconvenient and regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. We have since continued to emphasise our luggage-capacity information so guests can select the appropriate vehicle arrangement in advance.

With a late arrival into Singapore, the communication was excellent and our driver was waiting for us with a sign after customs. The whole process for arriving into Singapore was simple. Our driver got us to the hotel with great tips on what to do in the area. Highly recommend!

Our flight was delayed but don’t our drive kept up on our flight status so we had no worries and he contacted us as soon as we landed and let us know where to meet. Could have been a stressful situation but went very smooth.

My family and I needed a last-minute airport transfer to hotel and they were able to accommodate. The company was very clear with their communication, including where the driver would be. The driver was punctual, nicely dressed and a great informal “tour guide” as we were driving to our hotel. We rented the premium MPV and it was very nice and very clean. We’re using this company again as our transfer back to the airport in a few days. I would definitely recommend using this company!

We booked the service to take us from our hotel to our cruise ship. Josh was our driver and texted me when he arrived at our hotel. Very polite and courteous driver and got us to the cruise ship safely and managed to beat the rain. Great experience.

The car/driver was on time waiting for us. Car was lovely - super clean and very comfortable - wish we’d had further to go in it.
Well worth the cost to come off the ship and get right into the car with our next stop being our hotel. Highly recommend.

Josh and George were excellent! Communicated with me as soon as I texted and were there on time. The vehicles were clean and roomy. We were 6 adults and it was made sure we had enough room for luggage. It was then decided that 2 cars were necessary in order to accommodate us properly.

Haffiz was a delight! He met us at the exit in the arrivals area. Our name was displayed on his tablet. He showed us where to wait while he got the car. The car was big enough (we got the larger vehicle option) for our two 28 inch suitcases and two backpacks. The car was roomy and air conditioned. He was friendly and shared some information about Singapore. He even suggested that we ask for a water view room at our hotel. We did and it is an awesome view! His driving was very safe. He made us feel welcomed to Singapore!
We asked to be picked up a few hours after our arrival, as we wanted to see some of the interesting sites at the airport. We had a problem finding the spot where we were to be picked up.

Hopeless at pickup. Went to wrong marina. Pickup was 9am ended up bending 930am.
Also tried to say we had a 15min window at 912am. Then told us they had gone to wrong marina. When told which one we on.

Transfer was scheduled for 5:30 am. The driver was in contact with me at 4:30. Driver arrived 10 minutes early and loaded the heavy luggage without issue. The ride to the airport was smooth and comfortable. Our vehicle was clean, water provided and nicer than I expected.
