The driver could not find the front entrance to the hotel lobby and literally left us around the corner to carry our luggage (at night) and left us to find our own way. Unacceptable!!! He even left the van to make a phone call and we the van. After about 5 minutes sitting in an idling van, we got out and had to fend for ourselves.

1 I was told I could cancel up to a short time before but when I asked to cancel and have my money returned I received the reply that this was not possible
2 the time of my booking was constantly reflected incorrectly. I wrote three messages and did not receive a single reply
3. I discovered that the Viator price for a taxi was three times what a paid for the other taxis which I took

Great service our flight was delayed in Dubai for 3hrs contacted the operator and straight back with no issues and was waiting as we arrived through departures. The driver was waiting when we arrived and kept in touch vie what’s app with update, lovely vehicle clean and great driver no issues at all would highly recommend

Overall good experience. Driver was a little late meeting us at the arrivals hall; had to contact the company on WhatsApp to get more information. Feels like a small business operation.
If I could give one bit of advice to the owners - consider contacting the customer ahead of time with the driver's name and vehicle plate and confirming all of the flight information, maybe even providing an avenue for us to contact the driver directly. We arrived into Singapore and were left without much guidance for 20-30 minutes since our driver was late, which is a bit disconcerting for someone who is visiting Singapore and Chiangi for the first time. Didn't know where to go or who to look for for a bit of time.

Our driver was running a couple of minutes late and gave us a courtesy text ahead of time. He found us right away, took care of our luggage, and then gave us a very nice history of the city of Singapore and some suggestions on sightseeing and dining on our drive to the hotel. Great job!

Make sure which exit door or belt you use to wait for the driver. My driver came and waited outside but I wasn’t able to connect right away. I had to exchange messages with the Viator manager who passed my message to the driver.

Easy to coordinate pick up from Changi to hotel w bags. We are 6 people (multi generational family) on vacation w luggage. The tour operator contacted us prior to the date and sent contact info. Responded quickly to coordinate pick up.

Our flight was delayed by 1 hour 30 mins but our driver was still there once we went thru customs. After a short walk to the bus pick up point we boarded a small tour bus for a comfortable ride to our hotel. The bus was in good condition, air conditioning worked great and all seats were fitted with seat belts. Excellent service.
