The driver text me suggested pick up at six instead of 630. I said OK sent an email back. It went through. I have the email confirming it was sent go through at six. He never showed up cause me at 6:30 says he never got the email. I’d like a refund

Dear Mr William,
All along, we communicated through the private message app through Viator. (you can refer to that message board, we can't delete anything or amend anything from the message board)
On 16 Mar 2025, you booked our services indicating in your remarks that you wished to be picked up at 05:30am on 8 May 2025.
We followed up with this booking 3 days (Dated: 6 May 2025) prior to the actual transfer date confirming that the pick up time is at 05:30am?
You replied, requesting to change pick up time to 06:30am on 6 May 2025. Out of goodwill, We followed up with a suggestion to change to 06:00am instead factoring the time you might need for your check in as we do not want you to missed your flight.
But we did no see any reply to this suggestion.
On 7 May 2025, We send a reminder message to you in case you missed our earlier suggested message.
Again we did not see any of your reply that you have seen or agreed to 6:00 am pick up.
Therefore to respect our clients request, we dispatched the driver to reach the hotel at the last agreed time which is 6:30am (last confirmed on 6 May)
Everything is posted at the message board under your booking. We did not see any reply between 6-8 May that you agreed to change pick up time to 6:00am.
I hope the Viator customer service team can step in and investigate and clarify what we said is true

We booked our hotel-airport service via Viator since we had a great experience with them for our arrival transport. Lee, our concierge this round was also very helpful and prompt. We decided to change our departure schedule and enquired if we can be picked up earlier than planned. Arrangements were quickly made and they generously accommodated us without fuss. The car we had was very clean and comfortable and our guide was very friendly and polite. Because of the Viator team being responsive and accommodating, we got to explore Jewel in Changi Airport before we took our flight back to Indonesia. Viator is now saved in my travel apps for future travels. Definitely value for money with the services we received.

Unfortunately, we booked a private airport transfer service from Avenue Link Transport Group. So, upon arrival we had two MPVs from two different service providers, one of them was Avenue Link Transport Group. During our arrival airport transfer trip, we realized that it would be more comfortable for us as a family to add a third bigger vehicle for our departure airport transfer. Therefore, I booked a van from a third service provider. ONE DAY PRIOR TO OUR DEPARTURE, we received a CANCELATION email from Avenue Link Transport Group claiming that it was due to "luggages exceeding capacity of the mini van". Knowing that our booking had been canceled at that critical timing was a real shocking news. On our departure day, desperately, we called Avenue Link Transport Group requesting any resort of this unexpected as well as an unfortunate situation due to their unprofessional and uncaring action, nothing but NEGLIGENCE and THOUGHTLESSNESS, was the outcome that we received out of that call. Moreover, the cancelled booking was NOT REFUNDED. And, to be more precise, Mr. Lee asked me to upgrade my booking to a bigger vehicle from Avenue Link Transport Group, which wasn't preferable to my family members as we thought it would be more convenient for us to add a third bigger vehicle than, merely, changing the size of one of our previously booked ones, which we did through a third service provider at better price. In short, Avenue Link Transport Group is a non reliable and unprofessional service provider. BEWARE!

A most pleasant ride to the airport, at 6.30 a.m. The driver was cheerful, organized, gave us the gate after we told him our flight number, and delivered to the right spot for check-in. A word of advice: when you call the day before to confirm, do not call during the lunch hour (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) as the phone is unmanned and does not have voicemail (according to our hotel conciergie, this is the way Singapore businesses operate, no answer during lunch hour and no answering machine).

The transfer van worked out really great. They were on time and professional. I did however, feel the ad was a bit mis-leading as it mentions the van holds 9 but prefers 7 due to luggage. When I booked this I told Viator we had 4 adults but 8 pieces of luggage due to a cruise that was 3 days after our arrival. That info was not passed on and when I read the fine print I called back. At that time I was told there would be additional charge as they needed the larger van. Viator agreed with me the ad was mis-leading, none the less I paid the higher fee. Not especially happy about that, but all in all having them meet us at the airport and then taking us back to the airport 14 days later was worth it. Singapore is a beautiful city!

Our time in Singapore was sensational and we crammed a lot in 7 days. The city tour included the Merlion, which was crowded but great and in particular the Singapore Orchard Gardens within the Botanical Gardens. The orchids have to be seen to be believed fantastic.
We also did a night tour of the Marina Bay Gardens, followed by a trip to the Skypark. The gardens are where the man-made super trees are located and at night there is a light show, which is out of this world. A must see for anyone going to Singapore. The Skypark is on the 56th floor of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and the view at night is incredible.
The Marina Bay Gardens are also a must during the day. We went into the Flower Garden and the Cloud Garden and all we can say is that they are both spectacular.
The Mandarin Orchard Hotel was centrally located within the shopping precinct of Orchard Road and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We can recommend that you ask for a room near the top of the main tower, which provides fabulous views.
The transfers from the Changi airport and return were well worth while as it is very convenient and the drivers were very friendly and courteous.

Lee arrived early and already knew what terminal we required. An informative trip to the airport answering the numerous questions about Singapore. The van is spotless and makes for a very comfortable trip. At the end of the journey we were surprised by a gift for us to remember Singapore. The highest recommendation, and we will certainly book again for our return.
