We provide pickup for all customers. 1. We can pickup the customer from all hotels in Singapore. 2. Pickup/Dropoff location in Jurong, Woodland or Malaysian border is subject to an extra charge of SGD20 per vehicle payable to the driver. 3. Child seat can be arranged at SGD20.00 subject to availability and must be booked in advance. 4. For customers joining the tour with luggage's, please inform us in advance to ensure the vehicle is able to accommodate the bags. 5. Licensed tour guide available upon request at SGD 60/hour for English or Chinese, and SGD 100/hour for Tamil, Italian, Spanish, or French (please inform us at least 48 hours in advance). 6.If pick up from cruise. Please provide the cruise name in advance to verify and update accordingly on the day of arrival.

Wow! We had the pleasure of touring with Thomas. He shared his knowledge and love of Singapore with us. He took us to a beautiful overview to begin our outing. Thomas provided history and insights into Singapore culture, people, sights to see, places to stay and eat, and more. He was professional and got us close to all attractions. We loved that he fed off our energy and desired sights to see. During our tour, we were already planning to come back. Singapore and Thomas are amazing. This tour was easily worth more than we paid!

Guide Jaswant was incredible. He easily planned our evening cruise and both beautiful light shows timing the events perfectly. He was always at the planned meeting points and beyond helpful with our fellow wheelchair traveler. Dinner at Satay By The Bay was the ideal ending to our evening. This tour is a must do! We booked a Private Evening Tour with Thomas and it was fantastic. He took all the worry out of the tricky scheduling and had us in each place at just the right time to see the light shows and jump on the river cruise (even telling us where to stand for the best view). Thomas was absolutely lovely to my Mum (who is a senior vision impaired lady), holding her hand and helping her navigate crowds. What a charming and kind gentleman you are Thomas.
The best part was all the information Thomas gave us as we drove around, he knows a lot about a lot of different subjects. We were so interested in his explanations and stories.
Mum said this was the best part of the trip!

Inspite of pouring rain Ashton reworked our tour to give us the absolute best experience ever. He drove us thru many Singapore districts & explained all the sights along the way. We changed plans to include Changi airport which we would not have seen in the original plan as well as some exclusive high end living areas. Was most helpful with making stops where we were able to retrieve my wheelchair for ease in getting out of the vehicle. Next headed to the Supertrees & pretty much had front row seats. Next went to the River cruise which was amazing & kudos to the boatman who relieved us of our cameras & took over photography duties. Ashton then took us to la Sau Pat for our hawker dining experience. Ended the evening 5 hrs later dropping us off near our hotel to grab McDonald’s ice cream for desert. We had such a good time & totally forgot about the weather as Ashton managed to hit the “dry spots”!

Our driver, Alvin, was very knowledgeable and happy to share. This tour requires the driver to drop off passengers and meet back up after visiting each site. Be sure to confirm those pick-up plans very clearly.

Mr. Ang put together a perfect itinerary for us. We took a short river cruise, saw a light show in the harbor, and saw the Christmas lights at Gardens by the Bay.

This tour was originally for 5 hours but it can be customised. I did not need to visit the first 2 stops in the original itinerary (i.e. Chinatown, Little India, and Clarke Quay). Therefore, I should be able to cut 1.5 hours off the tour. So, I booked the 4-hour customised tour instead. The tour operator (My Singapore Holiday) then sent me a list of attractions to choose from, and it included SkyPark observation Deck as an option. I sent them back a WhatsApp message confirming that I did not need to visit Chinatown, Little India and Clarke Quay and wanted to visit the rest of the attractions in the original itinerary plus SkyPark access through Ce la Vi Sky Bar. It was fine at that point. Then, the actual driver Lynn messaged me. I told her the above and mentioned that I would also like to see the exterior of the Apple istore at Marina Bay. She said she would try her best to squeeze all that in within the number of hours that I booked for. Shortly after I got into her car, she indicated to me that there was not enough time to do everything on my list. She told me that I should have booked the 5-hour tour instead. Rather than treating me like a guest, she was putting the blame on me right in the beginning. That was terrible customer service. (My advice to her is: Don't bite the hand that feeds you.) I later decided not to do the SkyPark. At the end, I did everything on my list except SkyPark. By the way, the Apple istore could be seen while walking on my way to the Marina Bay Sands light show anyway. So, it did not take much extra time to do so. I also only spent about 45 minutes at Lau Pa Sat (satay street). So, even when I was not visiting the first 2 stops in the original itinerary, I was only able to squeeze in a brief photo stop of the Apple istore. Although I enjoyed the places that I visited in this tour, and I accepted that the itinerary was tight, I did not feel that I got the full value out of it, especially when it comes to customer service. If you know where you want to visit, you would be better off calling a taxi (through an app) each time. That way, it would be cheaper overall, and you would travel in your own pace and go wherever you wish.

Our Edsol was the perfect tour guide for us while in Singapore. He was born and raised here so he knew where the hot spots to take us. We went to the Marina Bay Sands, the mall that was right there which was Very impressive, the dancing trees at night, took us to a local restaurant that had amazing food, boat tour on the river and gave us a great tour of all the high lights of his beautiful city. This experience is basically a private taxi with a ticket to the river cruise. Our driver was kind and gave us some fun facts, but we were late to a couple activities partially because he solely drives you place to place and traffic was bad. Be prepared with time on your own end and the experience will probably be better.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this tour experience. What we paid for was not delivered. The tour guide completely disregarded the itinerary we booked and left us to wander around confused and frustrated, offering little to no guidance. He rushed us the entire time, making it difficult to enjoy or learn anything. This was the first international trip for the children and the first tour of our journey — and sadly, it was completely ruined. I will be requesting a partial refund for this unacceptable experience.

We started at 5:15pm (landed earlier that afternoon) and Q recommended we do the River cruise which was a god idea as we got a good overview of the city with some history. Then we went around to key areas, had some street food and got to watch the lights at Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay which was awesome. Also got to see where the key heritage districts were so we could take ourselves around the rest of our trip. He also gave us recommendations of other places to go and things to do. Great first day tour.
