Pickup/Dropoff location in Jurong, Woodland or Malaysian border is subject to an extra charge of SGD20 per vehicle payable to the driver. 3. Child seat can be arranged at SGD20.00 subject to availability and must be booked in advance. 4. For customers joining the tour with luggages, please inform us in advance to ensure the vehicle is able to accommodate the bags. A surcharge may apply for an upgraded vehicle to accommodate the bags. 5. If pick up from cruise. Please provide the cruise name in advance to verify and update accordingly on the day of arrival.

I booked an 8 hour tour with this company. My driver was a lovely lady named Lynn. First I was exhausted and lost. She went out of her way to find me in the airport. She was very educated and had so much patience while I took pictures and had lunch. All her recommendations and timing allowed me to basically see all of Singapore in a day. I learned (and got to see) the history, religions (temples), cultures. I was extremely happy with my day trip (12 hour layover) with Lynn.

It was an amazing private tour. Our tour guide, Lynn, was very knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about Singapore. Her explanations were so interesting, and she shared a lot of information not only about the sightseeing spots but also about Singapore itself. Her time management was perfect and very flexible. I was especially impressed that she took us to Jewel, which I thought we wouldn’t have time to see. Highly recommend her if you are interested in a private tour in Singapore!

There is not a good enough things I can say about our tour with Ms. Lynn. She was the best. We saw everything we wanted to see and more. She is a great driver and tour guide. She offered up great advice every step of the way and the tour was modified to our preferences. Fantastic!

the places we visited were greatt. the problems were the bus wait time. we waited over 45 min when a bus broke down. the biggest problem was tour was supposed to end at 9:30. because of errors to direction from other travelers we didnt get to our hotel till after 11:30. we drove past our hotel 3 times on the way to drop off other travelers and didnt stop. the tour was fine the bus ride was not

Our driver, Ashton is not just driver but excellent guide. I do not understand why this trip is driver only because he has a lot of knowledge of Singapore and what really guide have to do it. I am so happy with him all day in Singapore. It save a lot of money. He even text me after dropping off Changi airport for helping me find location of restaurant and shopping what we need. I strongly recommend him for day trip in Singapore.

Lynn was an excellent tour guide with a trove of knowledge about Singapore. She took us to all the points of interest in Singapore and was always on time when picking us up after each event. I would highly recommend her if you need a tour guide. This 7+ hours event was well worth the money.

We had a bad experience with this tour and not worth the time and money we invested for following reaosns:
1) It was a driver driving around; not really more than that. We took Grab (Uber equivalant) multiple times before and after this tour on other days in Singapore and they explained more about Singapore and places
2) Guide (or I should say driver) was 45 minutes late to begin the tour with lame excuses. We had to wait for him at pretty much every stop to get picked up. Remember- 5 minutes meant atleast 20 minutes in his language. Not even a single apology for the delay
3) The driver was CONSTANTLY busy with texting on his cell throughout the trip. While shamelessly chatting in front of us whenever there was a car stop in the traffic, was chatting while the car was moving at times, making the drive dangerous.
4) Overall attitude was very cold. Was a quiet ride from one place to another for the most part, which is not good for a 'tour'

This was a bit of an experiment. We had been through Singapore many times over the years, but never visited the country. We arranged a one day private sightseeing to fit in with our flights. Kenneth did his best to accommodate our needs. We had a great communication with him, he is well educated, speaks many languages, took great care of us, his team made the tickets reservation in order to skip the lines. He is very knowledgeable, he told us a lot of things about the history and the culture of Singapore. Lin(Lynn?) was exceptional! We saw everything we had hoped to see and learned historical and current facts about Singapore. The best parts of our tour were the Gardens By the Bay, particularly the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest. She quickly got my wife’s walker when we stopped and assisted pushing my wife’s wheelchair in the domes. She took us to a “local” Hawker facility where we got lunch. We have done quite a few Viator trips, and while the others were all good, this was the best. Did we say that she was OUTSTANDING?

We alreadu knew, not really guide tour, but a transport to the various sites and breaf explanation. With the hot that was very welcoming. We returned later to some of the sites for better exploration. The indian restaurant was very good, not expensive. We had suficient time on each stop.

5 stars! This was one of the best days and ways to see Singapore.
Our drivers name was Lynn and she is a 10/10! She communicated really well, so knowledgeable about Singapore and all the areas we went and was just an all round Superstar. She made the day really special and accommodated our requests. Super flexible.
My wife and I did this excursion with our son and we would definitely do a repeat coming back to Singapore with Lynn and this excursion. We will also be telling our friends about this excursion and all of the amazing fun things that we were able to experience in eight hours.
We got so much done, more than we had thought we would in that amount of time.

This was a fantastic experience and a great way to see Singapore. Our group had a long, 12 hour layover in Singapore - 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM. We wanted to be able to see the highlights of the city and not have to worry about transportation, public or otherwise. We decided on hiring a private van and driver. BEST DECISION!! We were met at baggage claim by our driver, Jaswant, and he made suggestions for an itinerary but was willing to make changes as we wanted. His company made arrangements for us to go to the MBS observation deck while we were between sites. 10/10 recommend. I'm sure there are less expensive ways to get around the city, but this was a Homerun for our group of 8.

Absolutely awesome experience!! The driver ST picked me up at the airport exactly on time and we were off for an adventure. He was extremely knowledgable and was able to adjust the agenda based on traffic and crowds. We hit all of the major attractions and even had time for a delicious lunch. I only had 12 hours to explore Singapore - and this experience was perfect!

Lyn was amazing, her knowledge of not only the places and sights I wanted to visit, but her ability to manage the events around us to ensure the trip/tour wasn’t impacted (it was rehearsal parade day for Singapore’s National Day - so roads were closed, and there were a lot of people out and about) was truly outstanding. During our drive between sights she shared a lot of information on Singapore, it’s history and what is it like to live in Singapore. She was able to provide guidance on places to eat, and shop too. We covered a lot of ground in our time together.
