Waited a half an hour at pick up point. No one showed up. No one contacted me to say they were late or anything. Not sure what happened but I hope my booking is refunded

Our tour guide Daniel was great and very friendly. He was very informative. The river boat ride was fantastic. It gave us perspective where we are in the city. It basically oriented us to where to go next.

Michael was fantastic as a guide and we also had a driver, Azzi who was excellent too. This is not a cheap tour but totally worth the money. We experienced all the best of Singapore by night including ending with the wonderful light show which is a must see. Michael took heaps of photos of us which he then made into a video presentation and sent to me. This was a lovely touch and so unexpected. He taught us a lot about Singapore and its people which we would never have known about. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough and I hope you are lucky enough to get Michael as a guide. It started with a boat ride, then flower dome, then a beautiful Christmas display and Jurassic display with magnificent rainforest and waterfall, and also got to see a secret part of Singapore visitors would not normally be taken too. All in all, just a fabulous evening!

Outstanding night with Michael. I’ve been to Singapore many times but he did a great job teaching us new things about Singapore history, sights and culture. We were able to much more in those 3.5 hours than we could have done on our own. Well worth it especially if on a short trip.

This trip was definitely the highlight of our whole trip. Wong, our guide is exceptional and very attentive to the needs of his clients.
Watching the light shows at both the Gardens and on board the river cruise the marina bay sands hotel show was so beautiful.
Do not come to Singapore without having the private tour.

Michael did a great job of showing us the sites. He also took pictures for the group that he forwarded to me and I distributed. Gardens by the Bay was beautiful. The private area at the end was also lovely seeing Singapore at night.

Our guide Alex was the best! Luxury air-conditioned car, safe driving, SO informative , funny yet highly professional. Alex was ultra organised and the evening flowed in a wonderful stress free manner. We could not have wished for a better tour. The only thing you might need to do is decide when to have dinner - either an early one or after 9pm. Alex also had great recommendations. Book this tour - it’s fabulous!

Great way to see some of the popular sights and sounds of Singapore. Alex, our guide, was great; door to door service and by-passed all the queues. He also guided us to the best seating positions for the boat trip and the best view for the light show at Gardens by the Bay

Loved the personal aspect of this tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful, and the stops were amazing. Really loved the riverboat ride, as it was peaceful and beautiful, and provided great views of the waterfront.

Again with our tour guide Raymond and the driver were punctual; this day it was raining a heavy downpour all day and night, during the day we had gone to the two garden pods (Flower & Cloud) which where covered. That evening Raymond realizing we had gone on our own in the morning to the pods quickly adjusted the tour and took us to the Singapore Wheel Flyer, a light shows at Garden by the Sea and a laser water show at the Convention Center, all the views were spectacular. We also recommend this tour, the city has lots of events to go to and some may be closed for maintenance and repairs (like the Jewel & Sky Park Deck) ; Raymond's team will adjust the tour to insure an unforgettable evening.

Alex was outside. He was punctual and communicative. Very knowledgeable kept us at a fast pace in order to see everything. Ended with the light show which was an impressive, not really his fault. Then we caught the boat and drove around the river seeing different parts of the city from that viewpoint. I thought it was a good tour. We got to the marine sands hotel earlier than the tour and went up to the observation deck ourselves and then we were picked up from that hotel lobby even though we were staying somewhere else.

Our guide Loy and driver Thimas were excellent and very accommodating. They were able to adjust our tour slightly based on our walking ability. The bum boat ride was a great way to start the tour and get a bit of history of Singapore. The Gardens by the Bay Christmas-themed light show was very nice and festive. We were also able to fit in a visit to the MBS Skypark Observation deck to see a great view of the city by night. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
