Depending on which option you’ve booked, gain access to either the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest or the Flower Dome and Supertree, or if you’ve opted for the Floral Fantasy admission ticket, then that is the area you’ll have access to.

Real Bad Timing

The third party didn’t send the tickets until 2 or 3 hours after we purchased them. Got to the park no ticket had buy at park again

Booked seamlessly through Viator. Even used some accrued points, so a good price. Arrived at attraction to find my tickets had been cancelled by the local operator. Apparently by me! This was NOT the case. I was confused and upset to see this had happened even though i was informed via email I'd be getting a full refund. I then had to purchase tickets at the box off at £10 more. No response from local tour operator as yet to explain.

We visited Gardens buy the Bay and the best experience was the Jurassic Park section with moving dinosaur models set in a rainforest.

Very poor and misleading advert! It states that ticket is for all when it’s clearly not. Totally misleading and frustrating. We’ve had to buy new tickets!

Everyone should see the Cloud

Cloud first, Flower Dome later. So many beautiful layers of plants, dinosaurs, flowered. Many I’ve never seen before. Beautiful views of bay outside windows. If you have allergies ( like my husband), take a Zyrtec first!

Voucher is not a Ticket!

We could not get our tickets for this. We had a voucher that had no code, and there was no one to talk to about it. the person who answered the phone at Viator was not helpful. She sent me the same voucher. So, we had to buy tickets. I have asked for a refund, but I have not received it.

Great place to visit. We downloaded the Grab app to easily get taxi service from hotel. Easy access and helpful staff.

The adult ticket didn’t work, but the senior one works. Maybe the organizer should look into it. I would recommend the flower dome and cloud forest, but maybe just purchase from their official website

The flower dome was simply amazing! The variety and display of flowers was colorful, splendid and enchanting. I can't say enough good things about it. Truly a must see! The cloud dome with the Jurassic Park theme was kinda cool, but not as enjoyable to me as the flower dome was. I'm not big on dinosaurs I guess.

When we showed up, our ticket were not valid, I called Viatour, after 15 minutes on hold, the agent hung up on me; later on, Jay (a WhatsApp agent) helped me to get the refund, I had to buy the tickets in the park

I booked this and was not able to use the tickets so I contacted the tour operator via WhatsApp and before the person could ask me what was the problem, they started being rude and telling me I was asking for entrance to flower dome, which I never mentioned, so I noticed they have an itinerary which includes everything even though they are only selling one activity (which I knew I was buying) the person on WhatsApp even made fun of me for not being able to yse the tickets. I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never had a problem with Viator, but DO NOT BUY from this vendor, most likely is a scam!!! I didn’t get to use the tickets and didnt get a refund!!SCAM!!!

It was easy to book, instructions and assistance all very helpful. We enjoyed Gardens by the Bay very much. Lots to do and see. It took longer than expected. We booked one exhibit, but found on the day we were there, there was little queuing to see other exhibits, so took advantage on the day.
