It was an experience that was definitely worth it. The views are great. The via ferrata is for beginners. Our guide Romeo had constructive patience and we felt very secure all the way of the via ferrata. We highly recommend Sibenik Outdoor Adventure and this via ferrata experience.

Aborted upon arrival

Our trip was aborted 100 feet into starting the via ferrata due to the guide not feeling well — apparently guide was not feeling well the day prior to the tour. Negligence on their part for not only putting themselves in danger but also the patrons’. Was only compensated for the cost of the tour, however the gas and time driving out to trail head was not accounted for. Overall a waste of day. Need to utilize a tour company with more accountability. Glad that Guide was ok though.

We are really sorry you feel you wasted your day. Nobody could know the guide was going to have a disc protrusion. It is beyond anybody's control and can happen to anyone. We really had the best of intentions, brought the local food,refreshments,fruits and were willing to make it up to you but you were leaving in two days and from what you said it was clear there was no time to take the tour again. I apologized so many times and you showed such empathy on the spot repeating it was ok. If you had wanted a refund for the petrol,you should have been sincere and asked for it there. Kind regards
