Overview

Beautiful day in Kornati

The skipper stopped and explained everything we saw and answered questions well. Lovely stop for a swim and a snorkel and then a great lunch on the island. Everything we expected and more!

Massively overpriced. I went on this tour with two teenagers on 30th Aug 2016. It was OK. I paid a fortune by booking in advance. On the day a German family said they booked the day before at half what I paid. Actually half. The woman who was the guide, Theanna was a little shy/reserved but was trying hard. The boat driver didn't speak. The Kornati national park is pretty and totally unspoilt, but in my view it wasn't breath taking. The small rocky island that we stopped at for snorkelling was really dull, and the boat only had 2 or 3 sets of flippers/masks. The two hour stay at the rocky island, which I think was called Mannal, was far too long. There was no shade, nothing to drink and really once you've seen one rocky hillside you've seen them all. We stayed for lunch at what seems to be the only restaraunt on the national park. Hence they charge the earth! I mean really. Our 3 meals and 3 drinks was over 700 Kuna about 85 and while it was nice enough, it wasn't worth that. I probably wouldn't have minded if I'd not already paid 269 for the boat trip! The restaurant was in the most picturesque spot we saw though. A pretty tiny marina with two houses and a restaurant. The only buildings for miles! The highlight for me was probably the stop at the fortress at the entrance to Sibenik harbour, just for the history of the place, but Theanna either didn't know much, or wasn't confident in speaking to a group, because I discovered far more when I got back and googled it! I was sorry not to have any money to leave Theanna a tip- I imagine she saw very little of what I had pre paid.

Abbiamo fatto il tour delle Kornati e devo dire che è stato veramente bello. Lo skipper Luca è stato gentilissimo e molto carino con i bambini che erano nel gruppo. Un'esperienza da ricordare per le belle isole ed inoltre Luca ci ha proposto anche se volevamo pranzare in un ristorante delle isole durante il tour ed abbiamo mangiato molto bene in un locale caratteristico, poi sosta con tuffo dalla barca e snorkeling. Il costo è un po' altino ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Leuke trip met een super kapitein

Met pure toeval waren we met 3 groepjes, wij als Nederlanders en 2 Vlaamse gezinnen. Dit was voor de communicatie ideaal. De kapitein was super vriendelijk, dacht heel goed mee met de wensen van zijn reizigers en mengde zich er ook af en toe lekker bij. Voor de kapitein heb ik alleen super goede woorden, een hele lieve man en ik hoop voor andere reizigers dat hij dit nog jaren blijft doen.

Bonne organisation: départ ponctuel, plusieurs points d'arrêts bien choisis. Possibilité de déjeuner à un restaurant le midi (en complément, un peu cher:vous pouvez amener votre pique nique). Un souci mécanique est arrivé fin de journée mais a été très bien géré par l'équipe : de bons pro !
