The sights to be seen around Santos are worthwhile. In our case, the description was out-of-date due to the change of seasons ( from Summer to Fall ) and therefore some important Municipal venues became “Closed on Mondays”, like the Pele Museum. Had we known this, our travel dates for hotels would have been adjusted accordingly that were made 8+ months prior. Although we felt we missed out because of a clerical error, Evelyn our guide made up for it by replacing the closed venues with other stops that made up for it.

This was by far the best international tour we have ever taken! Evelyn is a local- full of knowledge, and high energy, aiming to please. She went out of her way today to even have us stop for lunch at a fav local cafe serving traditional food. We ended our full day, 9 hours, with a stop for coconut juice from a coconut and a stop at the end of the beach for sunset. Wow. Beautiful day spent with beautiful people. See Santos through the eyes of this charming local Evelyn ciao Bob Colleen fr naples Florida USA

This is not a “Your Experience - Explore Private Tour in Santos up to 4 people.” This was a random group of 10 people with varying degrees of walking ability led by a tour guide who had no factual information to pass on. Our guide lacked all logistical ability which led to wait, rush, wait rush. She blamed our problems on the fact that our cruise ship was in port which made things crowded. Go figure!
If you are a tour guide taking English speaking people to a coffee museum where everything is written in Portuguese, perhaps you could do some research and tell us some factual information about coffee in Brazil and its economic impact? And by the way, coffee did not originate in Saudi Arabia.
If you tell people that Santos has the largest Japanese population in South America, don’t ask us why the came to Brazil, research it and tell us.
Total waste of money. I could have had the same results with a map and a taxi and would not have had to waste my time sitting around.

I'm so sorry you feel that way, we did everything in our power to make everyone happy! The name of the tour included "or small groups", 10 people is a small group, the other city tours take up to 50 people! I told you so much information that apparently you did not listen! The info about Saudi Arabia is in the museum, I did not make anything up! São Paulo is the largest Japanese community out of Japan, I never said Santos.
About the walking ability of another passenger, I told you that in the description of the tour is clear that it is not suitable for handicap, but they booked it anyways and did not tell me anything. Sorry if I did not have the nerve to kick that person out of the tour.
Empathy and gratitude are virtues worth seeking. It's interesting how another person from the same tour just left us a great evaluation, so I know we delivered the best service possible, despite many things being out of our control that day.
Best regards!

Evelyne is a great guide. She shows you all places in Santos and gives you good imputs. You go up with the cable car, where you have a 360 view, make a tour with the old tram downtown, visit museums and see the wonderful garden beach. It was a perfect day, thank you!

It was so great to have you on our city tour, it was a perfect day indeed and you were the ideal guests ❤️ I hope you return to Santos many times!

There were too many sights on the program, so there was no time to really visit them. We booked the tour because of the coffee museum. But when there was a queue at the entrance, the guide immediately decided to continue. That was disappointing. Not even a small lunch was stopped. We then said goodbye and had lunch in peace. Also, the description of the tour as private was misleading.
