Prezado Diogo, Obrigado pela sua avaliaçao, ainda que achamos muito injusta. Avisamos voce com bastante antecedência que a vinícola nao tinha disponibilidade para o dia que voces marcaram e oferecemos trocar de dia. Depois voce reservou conosco outra data e fizemos sem nenhum problema motivo pelo qual peço ao senhor mudar essa avaliação. Sobre a outra reserva que voce tinha em Viator e cancelaram nao dependem da nossa empresa e nao temos porque sofrer essa calificaçao ruim pela cancelaçao da outra empresa. Voces vieram na temporada alta e as vinícolas sao mais restritas para as reservas e se disponibilizar um máximo de vagas para um dia nao temos como aumentar, ja que depende da disponibilidade dos guias da vinícola e nao da nossa empresa. Pedimos ao senhor reavaliar essa experiencia em base ao tour que voce fez conosco o dia 31 de agosto do mesmo mês.
