Very expensive day for very little "tour"

This tour was booked in a sort of emergency situation where the original tour was cancelled due to the guide having an accident. see other review. We were charged for all of the activities mentioned int he description: wine tasting horseback picnic and boat to get close to the island for the Humbolt Penguins. Instead we got a ride to the area near the Island and back. We were charged again for the boat to the island because the fill in tour company had no idea what they were meant to show us. The 2 guides were very nice and it is not their fault that they had no idea what to do with us. So long story short we paid a lot of money for a ride to the Zapallar area and back and then had to shell out cash because of course "the credit card machine is not working". I have no receipt to prove that I paid again for the boat ride and the alternate tour company is not cooperating to confirm that I did. All in all this is a lesson for me: if your original tour is cancelled - get your refund and move on to something else AND ensure that you do not use cash with no receipt for an alternate experience. At the end of the day we did get to see out beloved penguins but for almost 500 USD each11
