Viña Santa Rita: You will visit the Parque Centenario Santa Rita, of French design from 1883 and which since 1974 has been a National Historical Heritage, where you will be able to see the largest bougainvillea in South America and one of the largest in the world; You will also taste the famous wine and learn about the history of the 120 patriots.
Viña Concha y Toro: Here you can discover the famous legend of Casillero de Diablo, walk through the gardens of its owner's old summer house, learn about the growth of vines, visit its old wineries and taste one of the most renowned Chilean wines. of the world.

After hotel pickup in Santiago, sit back and relax during the scenic drive to Santa Rita Winery. Boasting a dramatic backdrop of the Andes Mountains, the sculpted gardens and verdant splendor of the winery provide a spectacular sight.
Greet your knowledgeable guide and begin your tour of the sprawling vineyards, learning about the 19th-century origin of the vineyard as you wander. Explore the fermentation cellars and bottling plant to enrich your knowledge of traditional production methods, and then stand before the historical structure of Bodega 1 for a glimpse of typical colonial construction.
Venture to the legendary landmark of Don Paula Restaurant, an establishment declared a national monument due to its colorful past. Hear about the 120 battle weary rebel soldiers who sought refuge in the restaurant, and how the courageous owner accommodated the revolutionaries. Sample the three varieties of the signature 120 wine, dedicated to this historical legend. Spend your remaining time at Santa Rita strolling the gorgeous gardens or observing the intriguing artifacts in the on-site Andean Museum.
Next, return to your minivan to begin the short journey to Concho y Toro, stopping at a local restaurant on the way for refreshments (own expense.) Admire the winery's picturesque position, enveloped by the Andean foothills, as you begin your tour of the Pirque Vineyards. Learn about cultivation and harvest methods as you walk amid sprawling vines, then descend into the atmospheric depths of the Cellar of the Devil to hear tales of the winery's eccentric former owner.
Educate your palate by sampling a sublime selection of wines in the elegant bar, trying signature wines such as Casillero del Diablo. Before returning to the minivan, purchase special souvenirs from the wine shop then relax during the smooth journey back to Santiago.

The tours were excellent. The only hiccup was waiting for the coaches to pick us up. The wine tours were excellent and very enjoyable.

It's great to visit 2 different types of wineries. For what it is, it's too long, particularly the lunch almost 2 hours at a Chilean restaurant, which menu and atmosphere is not the best.
Logistics from local operator are poor. They pick you up in your hotel, then go to Parque Arauco for change bus and then go to the selected tour. They confirmed me they'd pick me up at 8am they arrived 845am

Nice tour, Santana Rita is super nice, but Concha y Toro does not let u walk around by yourself thru the park or anywhere around. Disappointing. After tour is done u can only be at the shop or restaurant there. Santa Rita is much more better, u can walk around and make pictures, and super nice coffee shop too.

Amazing tour with amazing guides! Santa Rita felt more authentic in my opinion, but I had a nice time at Concha Y Toro too. Santa Rita also gave us full pours, so you definitely get your money's worth. Highly recommend.

We should have seen 4 wineries, not 2, in the time we spent on this hell hole of a tour. Lunch was an absolute disaster and was 3.5 hours long! There was no adherence to any sort of schedule. I'm glad I saw these two wineries but this should have been a half day tour, not a full day. I could have done better and probably cheaper with an Uber. Wasted half a valuable Santiago vacation day on this atrocity of a tour. The only good thing I can say about this tour is that Santa Rita and Concha y Toro did an AMAZING job! They are not part of Viator / Turistik though so it makes sense to me.

This was an excellent and interesting tour. Santa Rita felt more authentic and personal than Concha y Toro. The winery tour guide sorry, don't remember her name was great. The only complain is that, after the tour was finished, we stayed there over one hour to view the small museum and purchase refreshments it was too long. Afterward, we went to a nearby restaurant on the way to Concha y Toro. The food was fine. Cost of the meal was extra as advertised. The menu was lengthy and hard to figure out even for me who read Spanish.
The Concha y Toro winery tour was highly organized it felt a little like you were at one of Disney's parks. Very robotic. The grounds were beautiful. Everything was fine but without authenticity.
The bus tour guide provided interesting commentaries about Chile and the region we were visiting.

This was well worth it. I loved the Santa Rita tour especially and both places have great stores with items that are easy to transport home. Some lovely weaving at Santa Rita and the museum there is really worth a look as it the little store attached there. The lunch location that the tour stopped at had very good selections of choices and was by far the best meal I had in the entire trip Pot Roast . Service was awesome and the tour guide was the absolute best - great information all the way, good flow of diverse languages and very knowledgeable about the area. He was even able to give me some advice of where to find the best markets located close to where I was staying. They took great care of me and this was a solo woman's best way to see the country side. Best birthday gift I could have ever given myself!

Excellent tour. We were even picked up at our apartment. Yes we are tourists but not staying at a hotel but central location. Such a nice bonus!
Max was our guide. So informative on drive to wineries and helped us with our menu reading at the lunch. We don't speak Spanish.
Just a great day, the winery tours done very well.
This tour is really worth doing.

Both wineries offered great tours by their own employees with tastings at the end. Lunch was lovely at a local restaurant. For those without a car, this is a great way to get to the winery, but there's not much else to the tour

The trip was very good overall. The guide was wonderful and did a great job sharing information about the vineyards and answering questions. The negatives were that the bus was 25 minutes late picking us up, and there was a lot of down time on the tours, where we had an hour several times to just walk around. This could have been a full half-day tour and would have been excellent then! But it is worth doing and the vineyards are lovely.

Although I enjoyed the overall day, it could have easily been condensed into 4 hours! I had to wait an hour to be picked up from my hotel, then at the first vinyard, the presenter talked in both Spanish and English which doubled the time of the tour. The lunch was fine but drawn out, and then we had to wait 40mins for the start of the next tour round the vinyard and no, we didn't want to go to the cafe as we'd just had lunch!. On the positive side, Daniel our tour guide was very knowledgeable as were the guides round the vinyard. But unless the timings are reviewed, I wouldn't recommend taking the full day tour.

Santa Rita is definitely work doing. Really knowledgeable guide and pretty great wine. They have a more expensive tour you can take that sounds like it would be worth doing.
Concha y Toro wasnt really good, its like visiting the Coca Cola factory. Very sterilized experience and the wines were not as good.
I would recomend doing the tour to Santa Rita and spending more time there, i think is worth it.

Unfortunately we were not thrilled with the tour, people were raving about the tour that they had taken from the cruise ship, the MS Zaandam, so we were really looking forward to this.
The wineries were ok but not a lot of information at the first one, although a very nice setting.
The restaurant that we were taken to was quite below standards, quaint and food was ok.
A wine tour, it would have been nice to have lunch at the winery while sampling some of the wines.

The tour was great. The Santa Rita tour was excellent giving you a complete overview of the winery. The tour guide was very effective in explaining the tour. The Concha y Toro was ok but felt like a commercial churn in and out not really excited staff doing the tour. Glad for the Santa Rita tour!

Everyone must go. They show you all the wine fabrication process. As for Concha y Toro, I did not enjoy that much. But the Casillero del Diablo legend worth the tour.

My husband and I had an enjoyable day on this tour. It was with a small group in a small vehicle which was perfect. The guide was friendly and helpful. Each of the wineries were in a lovely setting and all wines were GREAT ! Both wineries had their own guide, who ran the tour and were very informative. The restaurant selected for lunch (this was a option ) was very quaint .The menu had a good selection and the food was individually prepared, very tasty too. The guide does offer a variety of choices for lunch options,
Lunch was offered between wineries. We recommend this tour.
