It was an excellent experience! Chef Nino was an outstanding teacher. We learned a lot of new information that we will use when we get home. The food was delicious!!

Nino was a great host, very friendly and easy to talk to. The pizza was delicious and fresh and there was a variety. The focaccia was my favorite!

Nous pensions faire une expérience "cours de pizza" dans une pizzeria avec un vrai four à pizza. L'expérience a eu lieu dans un appartement, petite cuisine et petite terrasse. Les pizzas étaient cuites dans l'appareil rouge qui est sur la photo. Néanmoins nous avons passé une agréable soirée avec NINO qui nous a bien expliqué comment fabriquer la pâte à pizza et quels ingrédients employer.
