I am very happy to write this review about the wonderful tour I had last saturday thanks to my guide Aligi! I meet Aligi near Coldirodi village's centre, in a comfortable place where I parked the car and I found the first wonderful panorama, the view of the French Riviera up to the Principality of Monaco and further. The weather was a little bit cold at the beginning, but the constant and soft slope of the uphill turned me warm. We stopped in a viewpoint called "Marzocco corner" where the view of Sanremo was awesome! Here we meet also the downhill factory team of a well known spanish bike manufacturer! After a while we started the off road section of the tour that was easy for me that I am used to go mountain biking. The view of the hinterland hills and of the Ligurian Apls never leaved us! Once in Bajardo, Aligi took me to the roofless old church that made me think to be in an epic movie. Then we moved to the restaurant were I think I had one of the best meals of my life! As the delicious lunch gave me tons of energy I asked Aligi if it was possibile to see more wonderful places even if this meant further uphill, Aligi was happy about my request, so he took me to Bignone peak (1299m) where the panorama was incredible! I could see the sea on one side and the highest Ligurian mountains covered by snow on the other one. I find myself on this natural lawn, made for meditation, that took all the effort away from me. We came back passing through a small village called "Saint Romulus", we did not stop as there was no more time due to the short winter days, but Aligi told me that there is a restaurant as good as the one in Bajardo, so I think I'll do another bike tour soon! Once arrived at the starting point, full of good memories of the views, the meal, the trail, the habits and traditions of the people that Aligi told me, I can only add a BIG THANK YOU! Moreover, thanks to the video Aligi made me with the drone I have an unforgettable souvenir of my bike tour!!!
