We were very late due to the plane being delayed, but our driver Vitelio waited much longer than we expected possible, and kept in contact with us to keep us posted on where he was. He was very friendly and welcoming.

I actually am getting sick of using Viator. This is my second time requesting airport pickup or transportation service through them, only for the tour operators to never show and then when I request a refund Viator can never give me my money back despite not being able to utilize the service paid for. Now I’m escalating the refund request through my bank because Viator refused. I would just bypass this El Salvador taxi service, as they stopped communicating with me the day of my pickup. I waited at the airport for almost 2 hours for them. No one was out there holding a sign with my name and when I called, I never got ahold of anyone. I had to get a Viator operator on the phone(which was another waste of time). I ended up paying for an Uber to get to my hotel. Avoid this company and Viator too, because if something goes wrong, Viator will NOT provide further assistance. They will only revert you right back to the tour operator. Both vendors are trash.

Very good service, the transfer was fast and safe anc the driver took care to arrive at the destination, even though Google maps I had was a bit confusing.

My driver was Omar and his service was excellent. He was actually my driver for my arrival and departure transfers, and the santa ana tour. He was always on time, his driving was very smooth, service was excellent, and the restaurant he brought us to was delicious as well! He is also a very kind person. I originally asked for a 4:30am pick up, and he might have thought it was 4am instead (and i guess my limited Spanish didnt get through), so he actually had to wait for 30m. I apologized and felt bad about it, but he kept saying, “no problem,” and didnt get mad at all. Very kind and flexible.

Excellent driver, friendly, and great person. He allow us to stop along the way for pictures, snacks or bathroom breaks. Also, he allowed us to wait inside the car until the resort permitted us to enter at checking. Thank you.
