Excellent tour with professional photographer. Gave all the good angles as to where to take photographs. Done the tour at 5pm which means you saw the lights on at Registan Square.

The guide didn’t have enough experience nor did she speak English well.. we ended the tour early .. ask for an experienced guide

Following your feedback regarding the guide’s level of experience, our team immediately took action and confirmed a replacement to ensure your satisfaction. At that time, you kindly informed us that you wished to return to your hotel for a short rest. In accordance with your request, both the guide and driver waited for you outside the hotel for approximately two hours, prepared to resume the tour as soon as you were ready. During this period, we attempted to reach you several times by phone, both directly and through the hotel reception, but unfortunately received no response. Eventually, our guide, together with the hotel administrator, approached your room out of concern. At that point, you informed them of your decision not to proceed with the tour. While we regret that the tour could not continue as planned, we fully respect your decision.
