Excellent service! Our driver was on time waiting for us, very cordial and friendly. During the trip he gave us interesting facts about Jamaica. After the tour he was there waiting for us. All the trip was great and he was really friendly and professional. We always felt safe. 100% recommended

The staff was nice and the entertainment before boarding the boat was fun. The lagoon was truly a unique experience.

the luminous lagoon is beautiful and water was warm. photos too expensive. make sure you can swim
I enjoyed the little 15 mins we had in the water and the pictures at the end were nice. We waited quite long before going on the boat. Aside from the actual excursion the driver was nice Antonio was his name.
Sadly it had rained most of the day so the Bioluminescence were not as glowing as they could have been but the experience was amazing non the less!!

Demar is an excellent tour guide. His ride was on time, comfortable and available at a good price!
Amazing driver who kept us updated on everything around us. He made us feel special, looked after us and even on the ride home played a movie about bob marley. I would recommend this, 5 stars, thank you.
The luminous lagoon experience definitely needs improvements. The guys/tour guides were amazing however the tour itself could have been better. We were only allowed 20 minutes to swim which I highly suggest that time should be extended. We couldn’t really enjoy the swim time like we would have wanted. The boat ride was also extremely crowded. It was hard to change into swimming attire with so many people on 1 small boat.
