Driver was late no placard with name wanted pictures of us and it was a very stressful pickup filled with anxiety

Though we find it really nice that the driver have been waiting for us outside the airport earlier than the booked time, the car was a bit of a disappointment. It is old, small and smells bad. The driver doesn’t speak english that much but I can say he knows what he’s doing. Overall, experience was okay.

Friendly service was at the airport as soon as I was cleared , drove me all the way to Durrës though I arrived late hours
