Our tour operator for the Ranthambore Tiger Safari went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule. Understanding we needed to catch a train after the safari, he arranged a car and driver to handle our bags during the tour and then transport us directly to the train station. 3 Dausa before the tour they sent me a message telling me the was closed so I chances my itinerary to go to other place and the day when the tour should be, they told me that the park will be open this day , so i canceled hotel and every thing and the didnot want to refund me nothing.

I informed the customer twice that the park is closed due to heavy rains, but I did not receive any response from the customer. I received an email from the customer a day before the travel date and he asked me if the park is closed to which I replied that the park is still closed. the traveler asked me again If the safari was canceled the money will be refund.? I Reply If the park does not open by tomorrow you will be refunded the money. But after some time I got notice that the park had opened. As soon as I got the notice, I informed the customer.

The Ranthambore National Park was a very quiet forest/park. Saw many lovely birds, the Indian Sloth Bear, crocodile, Sambar deer, etc. The Safari rides were also enjoyable (both in the Gypsy Jeep Safari and the Canter Truck Safari).

Contact the tour operator post booking to coordinate details. Shoeb Bhai was very helpful and we had a great time. Right from Canter reaching on time to tiger sightings in Zone 3 (subject to luck)

We saw tigers as soon as we started our safari. It was an amazing experience. Driver and guide both were very friendly.

Very bad experience. It’s a scam. The operator doesn’t confirm the tickets until the last hour of the safari even though viator shows confirmed tickets. The operator made us get ready in 5 minutes at 6am with no prior intimation of the timong and told us to reach the booking office if we wanted to take the safari, even though pickup from the hotel was included in the booking.
After reaching the booking office he made us pay additional 3567 rupees to buy canter tickets for 4 people, and told us he would refund the amount later.
After waiting in the heat for 2 hours we finally got seats in the canter, and entered the forest at 8:30am, 2 hours wasted.
Basically the operator pocketed the remaining 6500 rupees out of the 10,000 i paid to viator for 4 people, because the ticket was only for 3567 rupees.
Biggest scam. Had a terrible experience, couldn’t even spot a tiger nothing. Do not choose viator.

This is totally wrong report against me. You can see other reviews they are so happy with my services. Note : I humbly request to you kindly remove this nagative review this is highly impact on my business please. Due to some technical issue we called the customer to come to our office which was less than 1 km away from their hotel. We had to upload live photo of the customer so we called the customer but he did not have transportation so I sent my jeep to pick the customer. After the completion of the process, our canter picks up the customer and enters the forest directly from the booking office and after the safari is over, the driver drops the customer at the hotel. The customer had paid an additional amount of Rs 3564 and we immediately refunded it.

Dear Sir, you booked 2 safari. first safari was on Tuesday in zone 10 and another was on Wednesday in zone 3. You know that zones 1 to 5 are closed on Tuesdays. only zone 6 to 10 are open on every Tuesdays. regardless of the zones and guide, spotting a tiger depends on your luck too.

Viator made it really easy. We were contacted by the tour agent who told us when to be ready and which vehicle we were travelling in. Our guide was really knowledgeable and made the trip so enjoyable. We did spot a tiger but also many other animals.

Het feit dat een groot deel van het park simpelweg niet mooi is qua natuurschoon was een tegenvaller. Dat na twee keer Safari geen tijger gezien is kan gebeuren echter oeverloos lang stilstaan bij iedere vogel of de paar antilopes helpt niet om het enthousiasme van de groep hoog te houden.
