Wonderful food tour of Puebla with Daniela, an expert on local cuisine. It was a delicious moving feast through spots frequented by locals. She introduced foods Poblanos eat both daily and during holidays, going well beyond the handful of famous dishes. Her energy, passion for food, and knowledge of food sourcing made for an excellent tour. Highly recommended!
