We had a great experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area, the history and life in the Camargue region. He had a wonderful sense of humor too. Loved seeing the horses, flamingoes and especially the bulls. But we enjoyed even more eating, I am sure, cousins of those bulls we saw later at Le Fournelet! (Recommended by our guide). Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was Luca and he did a wonderful job of educating us about the Camargue région, including its fauna and flora. He knew the best spots to find the famous black bulls and the white horses: we were even able to interact with the horses close-up.

This was a fun activity with a knowledgeable guide although we wondered if we could have had a similar experience on our own, in our own car. The horses and flamingos aren’t hard to find, but our guide knew facts about the area that were interesting. The office where you check in does not have a bathroom. Since it takes a while to get to this town from Arles or other nearby towns where tourists are likely to stay, and the safari is about two hours long, this behooves travelers to arrive about 30 mins early and prepare to go to a cafe nearby to use the facilities. We wished there had been a bathroom on site. Parking is also a challenge.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a message. You are right, doing the tour alone by car is much less enriching than with a guide who knows the region. This way you discover the origins of the Camargue and how important it is to protect this fragile territory. For the Pee break, we do not have the possibility to overcome this small problem and it must be planned in advance... I joined and enjoyed the French tour with charming Claude and a lovely group, found the 2 hours not enough.
Dominique the organiser is an unpleasant person (or simply racist), all in all I would look for other operators next time

They left us because we got lost and missed by 10-15 minutes. We understand but was very frustrated that we made wrong turn. Because of Europe wide outage with our phone it was patchy at best.

Wonderful trip, our guide Paul was very informative! We arrived 15 mins late and he was spectacular to go over his own ti finish the tour for us!
One thing that was very disappointing was every tour, all the literature, each place talked about running wild horses and this is just not that happens.
They were beautiful horse but just standing around like all horses in captivity.

Paul the guide was very knowledgable about the Camargue and the bird and animal life. He was very open and friendly and ensured we saw flamingos in their natural environment.
He also protects the area as he stopped to clear plastic and rubbish from the salt marshes and canals.

Que l on n a pas assez passe de temps aupres des animaux tauraux chevaux...par contre tres bien pour les oiseaux peuplant la camargue et guide parfait pour sa connaissance du milieu.

C’est d’ailleurs la période la plus intéressante pour pouvoir observer les Flamants rose, les hérons, les canards sauvages etc… car c’est la période de nidification. Les chevaux et les taureaux sont tous aussi importants dans le paysage de Camargue et c’est regrettable que vous n’ayez pas pu passer plus de temps. Il ne faut pas hésiter à demander au guide vos souhaits particuliers car ces derniers sont là pour satisfaire votre curiosité. A bientôt ! pour une nouvelle expérience, peut-être sur un circuit plus long !

Das Erlebnis war eigentlich schön . Man erfährt viel über Flamingos. Leider sahen wir nicht so viele Stiere oder Pferde. Der Guide war lustig und er hat viel erzählt. Wir haben sogar einen Stopp gemacht und sind ausgestiegen, was im Programm gar nicht angezeigt wurde. Ein Highlight war der Geruch bei den Reisfelder.

Le guide Francis , formidable. Bon Accueil au départ par toute l'équipe. Francis aime la Camargue, la défend et il a raison. La Camargue doit rester dans son authenticité. Il parle en toute sincérité et bonnes connaissances. Il a su nous captiver et nous faire connaître la Camargue que l'on aime. Mon petit fils 7 ans Raphaël a adoré et à appris énormément au contact de Francis. Bonne ambiance dans le 4/4 . Safari que je recommande. A faire découvrir aux enfants pour qu'ils connaissent les traditions, la faune et la flore. Nous aimons les Saintes Maies de la Mer, les gitans les habitants et nous ne voulons pas que cela change et pitié combattant ces faux écolos qui empêchent d'irriguer les étangs, qui nuisent pour la faune et la flore. Laissons le Rhône irriguait lui qui a tant d'affluents et confluents.
Laissons cette région tranquille. Passer par le Safari le Gitan et vous aurez un bel aperçu de la Camargue. J'en parle autour de moi. Merci pour ce super Safari. Mon petit fils est revenu enchanté et émerveillé. 5 /5 pour ce parcours

Escursione completamente inutile. Gli animali visti si possono osservare anche semplicemente dalla strada. Inoltre se siete italiani capirete ben poco se troverete la nostra guida che addirittura infastidita ci faceva la carità di tradurre qualche parola. Non abbiamo verificato le poche notizie che ci ha dato però una la ricordiamo in particolare, la Camargue non è la terza produttrice di riso nel mondo dopo Cina e Vietnam, ma non compare nemmeno tra le prime 20 🤣
Quindi 100 euro volati via insieme all'educazione della guida che per finire ci ha deliziati con un "italiani di me.da"

Hai sicuramente commesso un errore riguardo al safari. Offriamo una scoperta della Camargue; comprenderne non solo la bellezza ma anche i problemi. Un territorio che ci impegniamo a preservare, un equilibrio tra uomo e natura. Una storia da cui provengono le nostre tradizioni, un allevamento semilibero che contribuisce alla biodiversità...e tante altre bellezze che vi siete perse.
