Mani was our guide. He is very knowledgable and gave us in depth insights into the culture and history of this beautiful town. The trip itinerary was very well planned and covers a vast majority of the attractions in Puducherry. Mani also took us to a Shiva Temple that was not a part of the original plan this was an added bonus.
The car for the tour was very clean and the we were provided with water bottles and tissues.
Mani was fluent in English and this made communication with him extremely easy and more importantly he made us feel very comfortable throughout the trip.
I would 100% recommend this trip to anyone who plans to visit Puducherry for a day or two.

I was the only traveller with a child. The tour was delayed by an hour but I had travelled 2 hours to be on time. The tour operator was unhappy about not having more in the group and offered a bike tour!! There were no complimentary refreshments. In depth Knowledge of the city history and detail seemed lacking.

We sincerely apologize for not having a good experience with us!. But, we are in a position to reveal some truth about the other side of ur experience!
1. First of all there was not pick place mentioned on the booking note.
2.We called the Guests Mobile No. prior to the tour there were no response!
3. Again, we called on the Day of Tour, she said that i was staying in chennai, you can pls come and pick me from here. For that we refused, since it was clearly mentioned, the pickup would be in & around pondicherry.
4. After that she said, ok i took an uber cab and reach Pondicherry..we said ok, pls let us know before you reach to Pondy, But She didn't called us!
5. She is not in a state of mind either listening to anything which we had explained to her! Not showed any interest on places!
6. Seems without having an idea about city tour, she simply booked the tour. And we could able to see some fear, frustration, or frightened with someone, we don't know...But she was not normal & different, trying to complain & argue for everything...Because we have seen 100's of Happy customers.
AND SHE LIES THAT THE TOUR WAS OFFERED ON BIKE...ABSOLUTELY FALSE! THE TOUR WAS DONE ON A AIRCONDITIONED SEDAN!
