It’s a lovely hike! We had a private tour in early November in the morning, and the leaves had pretty much fallen because of the earlier rains, but the colour was still there. The falls we saw were beautiful in the sunny morning mist and the tour information from our guide about them and the lakes was very informative.. Recommend to anyone, October would be a great month to go!

Great communication with guide. Nadija was knowledgeable, prompt, well spoken, and interesting. Having a guide helped navigate the confusing signage.
Would suggest wearing comfortable shoes and dressing in layers. The park is a must see when visiting Croatia.

I had one full day in Plitvice Lakes Park. Unfortunately it was a rainy day. I joined this tour primarily because I am traveling solo. One could walk the park on their own but you miss out on the local info & history that the guide provides. Well worth the cost.

The Tour from Viator/Allegra failed in many ways. The tour was described with a train and a boat ride. Neither of these happened.
The boat was just a taxi across the water.
The terrain was described as easy.
The tour guide did not respond to my messages.
The tour stated to meet at entrance 2 not the parking lot entrance 2. The Park employees
notified the guide of our location.
The tour started late so the guide was in a rush the entire time.
This was not a tour for someone with a physical disability.
I have been a Viator customer for over 13 yrs and this by far is the worst local company I have experienced!

We loved everything about the experience. The guide, Samantha, was very knowledgeable. The scenery was spectacular. It was a nice combination of walking, stopping at viewpoint, train ride, and boat ride. When we got off the boat ride, Samantha called for someone to pick me up because my foot was giving me problems. Nicoline was very attentive while waiting with me for the driver. I didn’t get his name, but he was also very pleasant. We are very satisfied with the tour.

Onze gids wist precies hoe ze de ergste drukte moest vermijden en tevens wist ze veel dingen te vertellen die we anders nooit hadden geweten. Onze app (Viator) verwees naar ingang 1, De mail van het bedrijf zelf naar ingang 2. Hierdoor stonden wij verkeerd en moesten een dure taxi nemen om er op tijd te zijn. Dit heeft they bedrijf keurig opgelost, door het ons weer thuis te brengen (scheelde weer een taxi). Door dit te boeken ben je verzekerd van een ticket en geen stress. Doen dus!
