In case your flight is modified or cancelled for any reason, it is important that you inform us about the new date, including flight number and arrival time, so that we can update the information and be there when you arrive, as we have no way of knowing if your flight was changed. If the pickup is from a hotel the day before the service, you must provide us with the exact address and room number, so that our driver can look for you at reception by name and room number.
