Arrival pickup was good. No issue there. When time to departure, the brochure said to call to confirm for pick-up time. Called international number 4 hours before flight time. Sleepy guy answered. Thought we were doomed; the driver forgot to pick us up. But, found out the sleepy guy who picked up was from the company, not the driver. He was already outside the Hotel. He didn't come into Lobby where we were waiting. Finally, the sleepy guy called the driver and he drove to the hotel front door. He picked us up and dropped off at Airport without any more incident.

My return trip to the airport ….. was chaos. I had to REMIND VIATOR about my trip 3 hours before the time. I had to speak to 3 different agents, before my booking reference BR-1013726443 was recognized. Then VIATOR argued with me : how I should pay them !!! But I already paid BOTH TRIPS months ago !!! After the taxi dropped me off at the airport - the driver argued for 10 minutes with me ….. about how I must pay him !!! I had to search for old emails …. to PROVE TO HIM : that I paid both trips months ago. It was traumatic.

Absolutely Hopeless 2 star company

I arrived at the airport and the driver was no where to be seen. This has happens in the Phillipines and now KL. Cost me 130 dollars from airport to hotel on top of what’s already been paid. This company is hopeless and I would never recommend them ever. I travel worldwide on business and pay top dollar for a professional service not a 2 star company.

Arrived at the airport. There was no driver waiting holding a nameplate at the location designated for all the limo service as is stated on the Viator website. Although saying that I did get a message from the tour agency two days prior letting me know where the pick-up would be ( Arrival hall door 7). That would have been acceptable but on the day the driver was waiting one floor down at the door 3. A totally different area. I was left wondering for a good 45 mins if i had any transportation. It further cause me more expenses using international roaming to search for a contact number to call. It was only by chance then that i got a call from the driver while being online. I just hope my return transport to the airport will be much better.

Airport to KL hotel was good. Return journey to KL airport today was bad. Poor and dangerous driving. Too fast. Had to shout at driver to slow down. Old cat with poor lights. Not safe. Don’t use this company if you value safety

We booked this transfer having come from a two week tiring cycling holiday in Vietnam.It is our first time in Malaysia .Your driver Mohammed was cheerful and courteous we asked him about the country and he was a real goldmine of useful interesting information.His driving was safe and professional.My wife managed to leave some important travel documents in the vehicle .We contacted the company and Mohammed arranged for his wife who worked at our hotel to drop the papers off .We cannot thank him enough .Thank you Mr C Fryer.

We had to wait more than one hour on arrival at the airport as the driver was no where, we were greeted well by the person with our sign but the driver was another of work first he was late , then driving really slow on the road so he could answer his phone call , really wasted our time
