We should be picked up by the cruiseship directly . However, the Holland American line arrived at the same time. The guide inevitably focused on the multitude of guests ex this ship. In advance, the communication worked very well . However, no one ever asked us about the ship we arrive with. As a result, the trip was planned with us in a large group of Holland American guests. The ship had a longer berth time . It was therefore not possible to confirm to us in advance that there is enough time for both. This of course caused a lot of problems. Jose , our contact , responded extremely confidently and organized only for the two of us an attending taxi driver who drove us separately . This saved the entire tour for us, which was just fantastic. The Ballestas Islands , an absolute must . The Paracas Reserve worth seeing, but the focus is on the islands. If you have the choice of having to decide , then unilaterally the islands . I would like to mention that only through the effort of jose of JD Travel, the entire tour could be saved for and still. It is important to always include the name of the ship at an early stage. I had admittedly communicated this on short notice in communication. But then this probably went down. If I had known that another ship with over 2000 passengers was docking on the same day, I would have noted this again. We were on a ship with 170 guests and the pick-up just didn't work because everyone thought we were on the Holland america line.
