Fun event. It was just long enough to have a cocktail, enjoy the views and not feel like the cruise was too long. Great way to see the river and the sites along the way.

Wonderful guide and cruise. Please save yourself and find a way to insist 18 and over cruise. Kids created a soul destroying cruise for us. They absolutely ruined the experience with their poor behavior.

Just the perfect relaxing way to end a busy day at Blenheim palace - the electric motor was so quiet we might have been paddling! Sipping cocktails traveling in a boat on the Thames bathed in sun setting light - well we all deserve such a treat in our lives

It was a really great experience, our tour guide was Captain Nick, he was so knowledgeable with interesting facts and average jokes 🤣, it was nice to see a bit of Oxford from the river for a change.

About an hour long calm ride in the Oxford river. Scenic, peaceful, and lovely drinks on a small wooden vessel.

Arrived early and had a drink. Booked in and the captain collected us and showed us to our seats. Cocktails were bought out and we set off. Drinks were strong, possibly doubles. There were blankets on the boat if you needed one. Lovely being on water but not the prettiest boat ride. It was nice to see all the colleges boat houses with the school shields. The Folly restaurant where you meet was busy and food looked delicious.

On a positive note, the captain was very nice and the cocktails were good. But the scenery is a bunch of dilapidated boats and boat houses. Its a very short ride as well.

The venue was easy to find and we were quickly seated on our boat. It was a lovely evening and we enjoyed the commentary and facts from Rory as we made our way down the river. The cocktails were delicious and the ride very comfortable.

We had a fabulous time with our ‘Captain’ and tour guide Will, who expertly navigated the boat while providing interesting historical facts along the way which included plenty of laughs. Our cocktails were delicious and we had the privilege of being on the boat during the rowing final of the Oxford regatta!

While it was interesting to see some rowers, boathouses and barges, I was expecting to see some of the city of Oxford. I was also expecting some commentary from the boat pilot. He made a few comments before we took off about safety, not taking it very seriously, then didn’t say another word throughout the trip. I was expecting a “guide” to provide information. The cocktail was good.

We arrived 4 minutes late, they called us 5 minutes before that to check if we were still attending, and we confirmed. When we got there they started boarding the people, and the drinks arrived. When the waitress tried to serve us drinks, we were confused because we didn’t order, and she told us that one of our friends who arrived before ordered for us. In the meantime our arrived and informed that he didn’t order it the bar staff that took the liberty of making Bellinis. The waitress still on the boat and present to this conversation, did say anything just walked away. In total no communication between the staff, I am in customer service myself and this gives an unbothered vibe…
Main issue here is that I do not drink alcohol, all I wanted was something to drink since I was rushing to the boat. Plus it lasted less than 45’

Our first visit to Oxford so thought we try a river cruise. I have to say it was wonderful and our captain! So was full of Information of the local area and the 40 minutes seems to have passed in a minute. A delightful cruise with great people and local Information just floating along the Thames. Absolutely highly recommended.

After a day of Hop On, Hop Off this cruise was delightful. Had dinner at the Folly, great food, and then cruised. Got the late cruise and the day and weather was perfect.

Lovely, serene cruise down the Thames. The boat was comfortable and quiet, much nicer than the larger, noisier tour boats. It was interesting to see the different rowers and paddlers along the way and the Oxford shoreline.
My only suggestion is to make this a longer tour than only 30 minutes. That felt too short to make the most of the experience.
